Weigh Yourself Everyday (or frequently) Club

the last three weeks i've eaten right and exercised right, it's the first 3 weeks in my life i've gone without a treat/cheat meal. everyday i've either lost a little or at least maintained the same weight as the previous day....today for the first time weighed in higher than yesterday....i'm a little sad about that :( but i'm hanging in there....tomorrow is another day. sometimes it's like one pound can make or break you, just yesterday i was celebrating to be in the 320's and today i'm back at the 330's....but i won't let one pound get in the way of my hard work, no way is it setting me back. sorry to rant, just not having the best day.

Hey Cherry, Cheer up =) It has happened to the best of us. Definatly! And it will come off. Sometimes its because you had more salt the day before and so you have water retention or a hormone deal going on. YOu know your doing good! Dont let it get to you! I totally understand how it makes you want to give up, but look how far you have come. Dont look that that measley 1 pound. Think about the distance you have gone. You are doing sooooooo good!! Rant away! We all have totally been there Hun. Keep going!!

I am near my goal, only 3.5 lb difference. This makes me happy, although i keep myself on track for the final target. The previous month i went to gym more times than usual, i hope i go to the gym some times and this month in order to stay fit:seeya:.
