the last three weeks i've eaten right and exercised right, it's the first 3 weeks in my life i've gone without a treat/cheat meal. everyday i've either lost a little or at least maintained the same weight as the previous day....today for the first time weighed in higher than yesterday....i'm a little sad about that but i'm hanging in there....tomorrow is another day. sometimes it's like one pound can make or break you, just yesterday i was celebrating to be in the 320's and today i'm back at the 330's....but i won't let one pound get in the way of my hard work, no way is it setting me back. sorry to rant, just not having the best day.
