2/22: 130.5, 20.5% I don't get it. I lost two pounds? In a day? But gained body fat? I guess I'll just see what tomorrow brings.

I can not say how mad I'm about this week. Now I have to write down everything I eat. Which just makes me so mad :nopity:. With todays calories it looks like I'm not eating enough. A little less than 1,000 calories. I missed lunch (long story), so normally that would add another 200-300 which still is not enough.

where did that extra pound come from? :( :banghead: I'm going to record the time that I weigh, because it seems to me that I'm a little backwards. I weigh less in the afternoon than in the morning???? I'll try again later... as an experiment.

Obsession Keeps Me Motivated

I am so happy to be here. I have finally found where I fit in. Everywhere I go I see that it is not good to weigh yourself every day, but it keeps me motivated and on top of things. I started back at the end of 2005 and lost the first 40 right away, two months. I then lost another 20 in 2006 and then another 10 in 2007. I have not been working as hard as I used to, in the very beginning, but I am going to do it in 2009. I want it so bad that I can taste it. I restarted my ticker last week from that point. Here is where I am now:

Had a few days off due to me feeling not too good, ive also changed my diet to include more calories has im down to 190lbs. Felt brilliant in the gym yesterday,but all of a sudden whilst on the treadmill i had shin splints, i really hope it will be better today as i love running.:banghead:

2/25- 129.5, 20.7%- I don't like that upward movement of my body fat. I had a really good workout yesterday, but thats really all I've done all week. And I'll be sitting on my butt all weekend again. Maybe I'll try to get out for a walk at least once a day. That will be about all I can do. But once next Monday is over life will be a little bit more back to normal, so hopefully it will start dropping again. I might lower my calories a little for the next few days since I won't be exercising, and just see what happens.

The program I am one makes me go in and weight every day and they check my food diary, i think it is the best way to be accountable.
If you make a mistake you see it right away!

Hey there...

I'm hoping to reach a healthy weight so that I can improve my chances of pregnancy so wish me luck !!! It's my first time in here and I'm really psyched !!! I'm 5'5" and according to some BMI stuff, I'm supposed to be weighing 132lbs - Unfortunately, I'm 149lbs so there's a whole 17 lbs to lose !!! Well, there's never a better time to start losing weight than the present so here goes....
