Had'nt weighed since the twelth, had a heavy weekend, which im really suprised im at 191.8lbs, i literally binged on pizza's,budweiser and didnt go to the gym (1st day back since last friday), my hard work last week must have helped.. anyway im happy in what i saw on the scales.

Goal now is:- 189lbs by the 25th February.

Felt really awefull today, pretty tired, still am! although i got to the gym, managed to get in 3miles jogging in 30 mins, and 10 minute cycling. Not my usuall routine but i was knackered,i usually use the cross training so i get in 60mins of cardio. I think i might need to eat more things that give me energy, so im going to look into changing some foods in my diet. Still looking good on the scales, im right on track. :party:

I want to start posting daily weigh-ins. Today I was 133 with 20.2% body fat. My final goal is 125 with 16% body fat. I realize it may take quite a while to get there, but this time I'm in it for good.

Very nice to be at 190lbs, but dissapointing today as i only managed 15 minutes on the treadmill, did about 1.30 miles. I just wasnt feeling too good, shouldnt have gone as i had headaches in work, its deffinatley my diet, my usuall day consists of the following:-

Morning: 1 cup of Fiber One cereal

1 banana at 10am

lunch: Progresso light chicken and noodle soup/ beef hot pot.

2pm: 1 apple

dinner (which is about 6pm) : small chicken breast with brocolli and green beans. Or maybe sometimes just a big can of progresso light soup.

8pm: 1 banana.

I measure my calorie intake online, and its only roughly 800 a day, stupid really, but ive been doing because i find it easy to do, with usually 60min cardio aswell it isnt good, no wonder im feeling fatiqued and havent felt good in the gym, even if im losing the weight fast id drather feel normal and 'eat' better. Any suggestions on whats good to add to a diet? Im going to be adding fish (cod) tommorow.

Hi, I'm new to this site. I started loseing weight about a month ago I gained a lot of weight last year, got up to 250lbs and now I'm down to 242lbs it's a start. lol, I will report more progress later. =)
