Very nice to be at 190lbs, but dissapointing today as i only managed 15 minutes on the treadmill, did about 1.30 miles. I just wasnt feeling too good, shouldnt have gone as i had headaches in work, its deffinatley my diet, my usuall day consists of the following:-
Morning: 1 cup of Fiber One cereal
1 banana at 10am
lunch: Progresso light chicken and noodle soup/ beef hot pot.
2pm: 1 apple
dinner (which is about 6pm) : small chicken breast with brocolli and green beans. Or maybe sometimes just a big can of progresso light soup.
8pm: 1 banana.
I measure my calorie intake online, and its only roughly 800 a day, stupid really, but ive been doing because i find it easy to do, with usually 60min cardio aswell it isnt good, no wonder im feeling fatiqued and havent felt good in the gym, even if im losing the weight fast id drather feel normal and 'eat' better. Any suggestions on whats good to add to a diet? Im going to be adding fish (cod) tommorow.
