Weigh Yourself Everyday (or frequently) Club

Everyone tells me its bad to check your weight daily, but i can't help it! My day doesn't feel complete if i don't


my current weight is 160 :cuss:

I check my weight daily, so ill start posting here starting from monday 9th Feb.


02/09- 199lbs
02/10- 197lbs
02/11- 195lbs

They weight drop is alot because ive not been gulping down water so much in work since Monday to see what the difference would be!
 
I've always felt that weighing yourself everyday can get kind of discouraging, especially when I'm not seeing results every day. So, I think that taking a picture once a week or once every two weeks would show more progress. And you can really see a difference in every picture! (if you're keeping at it, that is)
