Weigh Yourself Everyday (or frequently) Club

you know, i've always been against weighing everyday...but w/ my nursing classes comming up next month...i need to do something different...maybe seeing the same number everyday will shock me into doing something, lol So, ok, i'll start weighing in, in the morning!

boy this rollercoster gets tiring!
 
I am almost near my target weight at 127 pounds with a difference of 1.5 pounds. But i feel reallly exhausted and without energy for work and gym. Is it usual to feel so and relax or should i eat some kind of food to feel better without getting weight?
 
Hey guys :*( I haven't been on here in a while. I got to my lowest, around 125ish around June 2008 and then by the time I started college I hovered around the 133 area and unfortunately I am now around 140 :*( I don't know how exactly I allowed this to happen (actually yes.. I just kept overeating on a daily basis and allowed my emotions and stress to overcome me). So now I am back on this forum and I am really sad to look back at my old posts and see that I have gained a good amount of the weight back.
I started back up today.

I have always liked weighing my self every day. I know it goes up, and down alittle, but it keeps me on track. Look at the big picture and you see the loss!!!

I do always try to weigh myself the same time every day. I find my weight can varry a few pounds throughout the day.

Although i have reached near my target weight i put on 4 pounds in one week. I think stress and emotions have an impact on me. I feel an extra weight of 4 pounds and i will get back on track to loose them fast.

that is soo weird, i was wondering what happened to you cos i no u started this thread originally, i even did a search for you yesterday and didnt look like u had been on here for ages, bit like me. so here we go again :) maybe we should also be tryin to think up some techniques to stop all this yo yoing up and down the scales, ive been up and down twice since posting on this thread before. i think the problem really is avoiding the scales cos you dont want to be depressed all day and kid urself its not "that" bad till its too late. any ideas?

I have been eating (SAD). A lot of stress. I started eating right again 01/26/09. I guess something has to happen in your live to say I'm in trouble if I don't make some changes. I was in court that day (for a traffic ticket). Standing room only. I had to stand for an hour, it was the one of the hardest things I have done in my life (how sad). That is why I'm back. Maybe we can do it this time. I wish both of us good luck
