I weigh myself every morning after my shower and I try to weigh myself in the evening so I know how much difference my eating all day has made..and I make sure that in the evenings I'm not "over" a certain number.
SO as of now my weight has been fluctuating from 133-134!

someone help me, not only do i weigh myself once a day, but it gets bad, somtimes ill take one bite of something and weigh myself afterwards lol :/ im 15 years old, and my psychiatrist says i have BDD D:but i just cant help thinking about weight loss ALL THE TIME. i feel like i have to put my life on hold just to finish this task of losing 25-30 pounds. my goal is 160. ive went from 187 to 180-181 in the past 3 weeks. i think thats pretty good. but whenever i diet, i just cant seem to break 179! HELP?
I used to weigh myself everyday and at the start when the weight is coming off most days its exilerating and can give you a great boost. When your getting nearer your ideal weight it gets counter productive imo. It got to the stage where if the scales was up mood was affected. Every week or even every 2 weeks is suitable to allow for flucuations in body weight. Let how your your clothes fit be you main indicator on how you are progressing. Not saying you guys are wrong to do it its just my opinion. Goodluck with the weightloss
