Mar.12/08 - 235...Damn Sodium - I had ham last night - lol - ok - I will try to drink tons of water today!!!

Mar.14/08 - 234.4 Finally broke through some of that sodium
Mar.15/08 - 233.6 - Sodium gone - FINALLY!!!
Mar.16/08 - 235.0 Pizza Party - LOL...
Mar.17/08 - Worked all night
Mar.18/08 - 236.2 - I dunno - my eating was well yesturday and such - I think it is because I didnt really get any sleep...

168 is starting to become my least favorite number. :(

Don't fret my dear, we all stagnate from time to time. When I hit a block, that is when I need to keep my good thoughts up front, stay with your motivation, then give yourself a minor non-food related reward when you get past it.

I'm joining this club finally now that I puchased a digital scale on Monday. And if any of you are in the same challenges I'm in right now, my first two weigh-ins were on a different scale and I'm trying to work with the challenge creators to change my weights, but still show the same overall amount of weightloss.... if that makes sense... just don't want ppl to think I'm bullshitting my results.

3/14/08 -- 195.1
3/18/08 -- 194.6
3/19/08 -- 193.4
3/20/08 -- 192.2 (i think this has a lot to do with ending my TOM and water retention)
 
168, is the loneliest number in the world. Grrr, I'm thinking of investing in a digital scale. My eyesight is too bad to keep squinting at mine.
