Congratulations on hitting your milestone too. I got down to your weight on 17th June. Long hawl projects are hard work - but more possible than I once realised.

O yes Wiggle Wiggle...im sure i'll get my wiggler in this week LOL...WOW over 20 years!!!!! Congrats again that is so awesome and so motivating to me!!! You are exactly right....it's POSSIBLE!!!!:hurray:
 
Well, crap, after a vacation weekend and a date with my wife, I really blew up. I got back on track this am, but I did some serious damage.

Dont feel bad Brian...i go visit the inlaws for a week on saturday and im already nervous because all the good homemade meals that will be just waiting like a freaking buffet setting LMAO!!!! Just get back on track and get going!!!!
I totally know what u mean about feeling Yucky...but still eating UGH...when i did that i would say to myself...is this gluttony?...eating when im already full and feel disgusted but still shoveling food in my mouth??:piggy:

Hey Thanx - ya I work all night on Monday nights so I never weight in afterwards on Monday morning cuz i dont sleep the night before and it screws up my sleep...also I hardly got any sleep on Saturday or Tuesday...SO usually after a good night sleep my weight settles...After working for 14 hrs straight yesturday I had no issues sleeping when I finally gt to bed last night:)

Hey Brain - this happens...Remeber what your motivation is and keep goiing for it - you were doing it and still are:) Ive been at t his way longer than I would like to admitt but unfortunately with life and the kids and such - life does get in the way at times...I still yo yo more than anything else...I still like to eat foods I know I should and still everytime pay for it - lol - you will get that weight off in no time

Just a quick note to Cinderelly, thanks for the encouragement, I just get so sick of being able to gain 6 lbs in 3 days and lose it in 5 weeks. I guess that is why it is a life long struggle(journey) for some of us.

Well, today is not starting great, but that is my motivation to eat right and get some more exercise today,

Additonally, Mz, you are doing great, the inlaw thing, I can totally understand. I so beleive it is gluttony, but maybe one day we will not be so tempted. You will have my power with you this weekend, I will be thinkin of you, so good luck. Either way, keep your motivation, and keep on keepin on

I hear ya - it goes on me so easy too...and then it takes me quite some time to take it off especially sodium weight...I just gotta decide it isnt worth it and stop- eating it...I just try to balance out drinking lots of water...
