MzScorp - Thanks! I often wiggle back upwards - but it is always nice to regain the territory. It is over 20 years since I was last this weight.
Congratulations on hitting your milestone too. I got down to your weight on 17th June. Long hawl projects are hard work - but more possible than I once realised.

3/18: 139.5- I didn't do well yesterday so I'm not surprised at all. But I'm going to workout hard in just a few minutes. Goal for tomorrow: 137
3/19: 139.5- It's the same??? I worked so hard yesterday. Maybe I'll see a change tomorrow, so i'm keeping my goal the same: 137
