3/19: 139.5- It's the same??? I worked so hard yesterday. Maybe I'll see a change tomorrow, so i'm keeping my goal the same: 137

I honestly have no idea. I know I didn't eat well Saturday and Sunday but by no means did I overeat. I'm going to chalk it up to eating lots of sodium filled foods, nothing that healthy, and um, I haven't "gone" since Friday... gym tonight. I'm not even going to think about the number.


Don't worry dear, weighing everyday keeps us honest and keeps our goals at the front of our brains. it really isn't a great way to track weight, as we will fluctuate throughout the week. Just keep swimming....just keep swimming, we will all get there.
 
k - Easter was really hard on me, lots of steak, no ham. Ah well, back to mostly good habits

Thanks Brian. I think I am just frustrated because my weight is fluctuating with how much I am exercising. THe mornings after my kickboxing class I'm always a pound less than the day before and I think it just has to do with sweat... and I'm definitely drinking more than enough water to stay hydrated. But over the weekend when I don't go to my KB class on Sat or Sun, my weight goes up. I think I am just going to take my Friday morning weigh-ins as how much I weigh and not concern myself with trying to figure it all out. And, knock on wood, I'm starting to see and feel a difference in my body and certain things most definitely fit better.

You are doing great!!! Always remember that. The exercise will tone you but remember, and this is tough for me too, that muscle weighs more than fat. Judge what's going on by how you feel, and how you think you look. Personally, I take what the scale says with a grain of salt. I had to but new pants even though I have gained some back.
