3/27/08 -- 194.8 all i have to say is WTF? :toetap05: i think i need to get a new scale... i took some quick measurements after this weigh in because i worked so effing hard at the gym last night and I even felt and looked a bit thinner this morning and all my measurements were down from when I took them on Saturday... so the number is complete bullshit... i'm weighing myself on Jeff's scale tomorrow because while it might be off two pounds from my scale at least it doesn't play bullshit like this... i'll just weigh myself and then add two pounds to make up the difference.:mad:

So, how do you feel????? You're measurements are better because the hard work you are doing. That is what is important, and you can always break the scale. :troll: Tha usually makes me feel better. I have been looking into getting a new one myself that measures body fat content. If I weigh 300 lbs, but have .6% body fat, I am sure to feel better about that than my current 234 and body that men fear and Pillsbury craves. :puke: Hey breaking the scale is exercise right???

Since we're on the subject, do you do cardio or weights?

I love my elliptical - absolutely love it - it was the best money I spent years ago I couldnt afford - LOL...Since then I have had to replace it once:)Good luck with your elliptical
