:D going to try this again got the new original version of the rice diet and the total list of foods and condiments and drinks so here it goes. AGAIN!! lol:p

Quick and easy marinara sauce

1 c onion (chopped)
2 tsp garlik (minced)
1 c musrooms sliced
3 tomatoes very ripe
1\2 c celery
1 c green pepper chopped
1 tsp olive oil
2 tsp oregano
1 tsp basil
1 tsp black pepper
1 can crushed tomatoes no salt added or cook 4-5 large tomatoes and crush

Place all the veggies in large non stick skillet with olive oil saute for 5 mins. add oregano,basil,pepper and crushed tomatoes to skillet cover and cook 15 min on medium heat. Serve over whole wheat pasta or brown rice.

YUMMY ENJOY


1\2 cup one serving veggies on rice diet.

well all have had some prety rotten days here at home. Ever feel like you want to just go to sleep and never wake up? well thats how i feel now but any way red how was shopping i have some basics that i always keep on hand Basmati and Brown rice, my favorite fruits and veggies. i also have always got instant plain oatmeal whole wheat petas and whole grain breads.
I like to keep some salsa and fat free sour cream on hand for the mexican salad. for cold cereals i like shreaded wheat and any other cereal that has a low sodium content. if you like it eat it i say just stick with the serving sizes you wont go wrong on all my other days i eat the new accapella cereal that has yougart and stawberries then i get my starch dairy and fruit all in one.

Doing much better now and starting the diet anew tomorow. I am determened to lose another 20 pounds this next 2 week period so we will see a girl on the site for the rice diet said to go off it every 2 weeks or so for 2 days then get back on track so that is what i did this weekend and i found that i still did not eat that much just didnt limit my salt in take. so we will see how this works suposed to jump start the diet again well see you all soon ill keep you posted on my journy.
 
Glad to hear that you are doing better.. You did the diet the first time and you can do it again.. I still have'nt done it yet :eek: But when I do I hope to get your results :D have an awesome day and keep us posted

hey guys and gals. hope all is well with you all. I quite one of my jobs today stress level went way way way down so im feeling so much better. and i lost another 2 pounds so bonus hey? So Red did you start the diet i havent heard anthing bout anyone i sent it to dont know if you are doing it or not? I got 2 friends here at home to do it and one lost 20 pounds in two weeks and the other lost 14 so its not just me it realy does work hope you all try it i have been off it for one week now and only back on track for 2 days and lost 2 pounds after a week of loosing nothing. S I know it is the diet that is doing it for me cause i worked put the same the week i took off!@!! well going to bed love hearing from you all you keep me going thanks!!!

one im back on track and lost 2 pounds so i hope to be able to stay away from the Easter candy why oh why do all the hollidays have to do with CANDY?
Oh well guess that is just a part of life. I will prevale and concer this battle. (i hope)!!!LOL
well dont know if any of you have tried this diet yet but please let me know ok
 
Hi, glad your stress levels are down a bit, certainly helps when trying to stick to a diet. You are doing really well and I am sure you will have no trouble starting the diet again. You sound very determined.
