hey yall day two of my phase one and its going fine made spicy potato skins for supper and every one liked them so........... i dont have to make two seperate meals and if you reserve one or two tbsp of milk from your breakfast you can have fat free sour cream to dip them in yummy yummy!!!!!
There are lots of little tricks you can do once you get in to this, get a little funky with your food. There are lots of herbs i never used before that i do now, and i'm finding that i realy like the food, minus the salt you can taste it... so have fun and by the way 1 more pound 6 days 8 pounds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
