Up,down up,down where to go from here???

Hi there, hope all is going well and you are all back on track. I know how hard it is to keep it off and stay focused. I had the same problem with my diet, lost big amount fast and then gained it back. Think I am going to stick with the calerie counting as it seems to have lasting effects. You are doing so well though keep going.
 
hey guys i have been posting in rice diet in clubs so if you miss me check there i keep forgeting i have to come here too lol so i will lt you know i am back on track and i have lost 6 pounds in 4 days now and have realized this is not a diet but a way of life you have to be ready to change your life not just your eating habits. so im on my way again and will try not to fall but if i do there is always another day... another meal just have to jump back into it with both feet.

hey yall day two of my phase one and its going fine made spicy potato skins for supper and every one liked them so........... i dont have to make two seperate meals and if you reserve one or two tbsp of milk from your breakfast you can have fat free sour cream to dip them in yummy yummy!!!!!
There are lots of little tricks you can do once you get in to this, get a little funky with your food. There are lots of herbs i never used before that i do now, and i'm finding that i realy like the food, minus the salt you can taste it... so have fun and by the way 1 more pound 6 days 8 pounds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
thanks all hope everyone is well, still holding at 313 and happy with that for the time being i have cheated a few times this week what with bbq season and all but back on track now so we are off and running again. dont know where everyone went on the rice diet? but i will keep looking for you to see how you are all doing. have to run for now see you all soon

hey all how is it going hope you are all doing splendid summer is here and that is soooo great. can do lots of things out side and thats good to cause i cant stay away from the bbq lol ... but im holding steady at 310 now and getting loads of excersize outside so that is good. I am still making lots of rice choises so i feel ok with my progress.. have lots of time to reach my goal not getting married till next summer now!!!! WAAAAAHHH!!!!!!!!!!

Hello all how is every one hope all is well. Tina if you come back on id like the link to your other site again please i lost it some how. Also i would like you to know that i am now at 295 now and very happy with my progress. and it seems to be working for me this way i go on the rice diet for two weeks then off eating just salads for lunch and dinner and whole wheat cereal or toast for brkfst!!! do this for 1 week then rice diet again this has worked for me and i find i dont tire of the rice thing so fast. so dont fret even the die hard food lovers like me can succeed!!!!!!!!
