Sounds like you are doing better. Never tried the "Trim Spa". I know what you mean about the quick fix. The only ones I tried were: Total Lean-worked like a charm for me, Zantrax-did not work for nothing, Xendarine-worked but was pregant at the time so I stopped, But now I take women's one a day - and that's just like a vitamin and it makes my nails, hair ,etc........ stronger and healthier. k its monday and im feling sosoooooo much better thank for getting me through. and tonight is going to be a great workout. lots of energy. I am on hydroxycut right now and dont think it is doing to much and i have not heard of any one who uses trim spa but im going to look it up. I'll be sure to let you know.

Wow, You are awesome. All this time I having been looking for someone who could fuel me and push me to do my durndest to go for my goal and I read all your post and wow!:p I am moved by how hard you push and your results. So I am 182 and can't seem to stick with it and I see you pushing yourself so hard and I need to say thank you for letting me understand it takes alot to get where I wanna be say 40 lbs lighter. It sure does take alot. I could use an e-mail friend if your interested let me know. Thanks for the encouragement.
 
today was an awsome day first back to work at both jobs since getting hurt I love to come on here when I get home get great encuragment (oopps)

hey all have not been in for a while hope everyone is well. have had a good few days back on my feet now so I feel much better. thank you all for your posts. have not lost any weight but went down 4 inches over all so thats good weight training is going good and I love my bike.Keep on going everyone your goals are only a arms length away! well all the kiddies are doing well in school and me? well im good to I guess hade a ok day today hubby has a migraine so he wont be working out with me tonight but thats ok anyone know a cure for them? cant seem to make it better without going to the hospital for a shot of demerol and they wont do that till you are real real sick. well have to go make supper happy loosing everyone!!!!!
 
hey all hope everyone iswell i am doing great have done well with working out this week but eaeting i have to get in check I am going to try a new eating plan its a rice diet and I love rice so it all good just have to modify my portions LOL so I will let you know how it goes.see ya all soon Karrie
 
Hi there, just rediscovered your diary so I thought I would pop in. Cant beleive I havent been back sooner, remembered when I first came across it that I wanted to watch your journey, as your weight to lose was similar to mine, so I'll try my best to to pop in more often. You are doing really great. Even though you hurt your knee you kept on going and thats somthing to be really proud of. Hope its all 100% healed now. Keep up the great work.
 
hi welcome all we are all good here the leg has healed up just peachy and the new eating starts today so wish me luck and i will let you know how it goes By the way i lost the 3 pounds i gained the other week and 2 mor on top of that so i am at 330 now yeh me!!!!

:p I am totally amazed with myself. OK see i started this new diet on tuesday and checking the scales tonight i have lost 4 yep count them 444444444444444444444444444444444444444444 pounds in two days and i eat lots of food three times a day not hungrey at all im lovin it!!!!!:p And best of all i get to eat rice and pasta things everyone says to avoid. so i hope everyone is well and i will keep you posted. I love this place and thank god i found it when i did it has helped a million times great to have a place to vent or just chat THANKYOU to you all

Good IM glad you like it here...I love it here...o and its addictiing which is good because when i think about food then i am like no go tothe puter..and it gets my mind off...Im on a diet where I can eat whatever I want too...I just have to limit my carbs which is very easy...I get 60g of carbs per meal and 15g for morning snack and 30g for afternoon snack. So it work out wonderful. congrats on your four pounds loss...it looks like your doing something right!! :)
 
thanks sara but unfortunatly i dont get to eat anything just mostly rice and pasta but lots of restrictions like the worst NO SALT and i loveeeeeeeee my salt but hey four pounds in two days we will try it and see how it goes.

Congratulations 4 pounds in two days is awsome, especialy eating rice and pasta. Sounds like a great diet, whats it called? I know what you mean about the salt though, I am so addicted to it. Its the hardest habit of all to break for me.
