So my gym was closed due to the school being on spring break this week. They are closed both weekends but open during the week.

I am calling out of work tomorrow since my mother in law is sick and she usually watches my son. I will hit the gym at 8am and hopefully get back before he wakes up. (I am not leaving him home alone)

So I decided to get my mountain bike out and rode for about 45 minutes. Minutes 5-20 were killing my quads but after that I think they went numb haha.

I managed to find two nice posts and some cement blocks that I am going to pickup and bring to my house to lift. :D

I started at 192. I havent actually put the plan into action because of a nasty cycle of weather we got. First it was snow, then it was 60F, then it was 50F and rainiing like crazy all week.
 
Today was a little upper workout.

BB Chest Press - 3x185 (didnt count this as a work set) 3x190 4x3-195, 2-195, 2x3-190
superset with
Machine Row - 3x110, 3x130, 3x150, 3x160, 3x170, 3x3-180 (had to find right weight)

Push Press - 5x5-115
ss with
Chin Up - 5x5-BW+20

Was pretty good although I miss working legs. I should've just deadlifted instead.
 
Alright I will try to get a quality one up by the end of today.

There are some other pictures of tis girl as well. I got it from the sherdog forums, though I am not a member there. I was redirected by ironaddicts. Ill see if I can find them, though that post is about 120 pages.
