The rest periods made this workout freaking intense.

Skipped the tire throwing again. Next session we are going to skip E,F in favor of tire dragging and throwing.

I had 1/4 gallon chocolate milk pwo and felt like throwing up.

Today was also my sons 2nd birthday, hard to believe hes already two.
 
So my wife told me yesterday that my gf told her I was looking a bit on the small side, scrawny to be exact. My wife agreed. I think its because she got a new bf who isnt 5'5 120lbs, but more like 6'2 2xx. Anyways Ive decided to do a mass bulk phase.

Ill need some day light to get my equipment because I spotted it on a walk yesterday down the bike path. There are some nice stones, some stumps, a long pillar looking square piece of wood, and I will make sandbags.

I cant go until Friday at the earliest because of daylight and class/work. Plus Ill have to carry all this **** back since I dont have a wagon. The damn pillar is probably a mile or more away, should be fun.

So its time to pack on the pounds bitches.

So my Anatomy exam didnt go nearly as well as I thought it did. Cells and tissues is so dry. At least now we're into the skeletal system.

Got an exam again today later in my nutrition course. Should be a snap.
 
Sup Mike, la familia is outstanding. My sons birthday was the 17th so hes now 2. Time sure flies. Not alot going on but serious time deficiency issues. Im off to bed now so I can do some last minute studying when I awake.

Ive been putting too much time logged in to various forums and almost none in my studies. Priorities have been a bit backwards.

Geezz...do I need to have the same chat with you that I did with Lei? Studies first, lifting second. I could've graduated at least a semester earlier than I did if I hadn't been in the gym so much.
