Todays workout focused on a 4 second eccentric for each rep.

RDL 3x6@225
ss
NG Pullup 7,7,6

Squat 6@135, 6@155, 6@175 I overestimated the difficulty here.

Elevated Pushups 12,12,10

Regular lift
DB Snatch 2x15@50 This was pretty light actually. However by the 25th rep the legs were screaming!

I noticed however that anyone who does squats really doesnt move much. There was also a guy doing bench but only raising the weight up to 3/4. What was funny also was that he was changing weight and lifted 2 25lb plates on each side (145lb) then he removed those and put 2 45lb plates on with 2 2.5lb plates. Therefore decreasing the total to 140 lol. I guess because the plates look bigger, they must be tougher lol.
 
I went to the elementary school park today to do some training. OMG I was ready to sleep after this.

I actually went and did some dragging today. I only had a small rope but I wrapped it around my tire and then put a big stone on it. Did some pulling, pushing, dragging forwards and backwards, pullups, burpees, hanging leg raises, etc. It destroyed me!

No it was only me there. Its funny because on another forum a guy was training early morning at a park with noone there. The cops came and basically told him to get the **** away because he was a pedephile (he wasnt). Messed up right?

By the second set of RDL's I was ready to leave. I am kinda losing motivation for this traditional training and it was starting to show. I kinda thought, "ok I need to workout so what should I do after this?" Thats when this came about.

Using some kind of small stick I attached it to the cable system and...

Baseball Type Swings 20@15, 20@20

Cable Row 2x10@60 (single arm)

OH Swings (like chopping wood) 20@15, 15,20@20

Cable Chest Press (punching without hip movement) 20@25, 15@30

Now my srping break is over. Tomorrow is my Anatomy and Phys class and we have a quiz. This was such a good week, I was able to be at home so much with my son. We hit the park, the track, flew a kite, etc. Being a dad is the coolest hobby around.

Hey Tony, if one were to have a workout with both back squats and front squats; which order do you believe they should be done?
I personally think back > front. Agreed?
 
Really depends on if you want to do the easier of the two first, or the hardest. If I were going to do them together I would probably do fronts first. But this also depends on the rest of the workout.
