I'm not sure how far I can run. I know its more than a mile.

The most I've done is covered 6 sections of land chasing and herding deer. LOL
that was a good constant almost sprint with a gun in my hand, hunting boots, and all the hunting clothes on in below freezing temps.

I dunno mine packs quite a punch. LOL

It was partly adrenaline because I was chasing a 10 point and 2 6 points with about 25 does. I had them all herded and heading up the hill where my dad was and what do ya know he was ****ing sleeping. :luxlove:

Maybe im exaggerating about not being able to run a mile, i could run a mile at a slow pace without too much problem. But i naturally run at a fast pace so i always end up having to stop.

Karky its a brilliant idea doing sprints, iv been wanting to do them for months now but theres not many places to do them. Plus i wouldnt wanna be seen as id feel an idiot lol.
 
Tonight is my day off lifting, i fancy going for a run and maybe doing some bodyweight exercises.

I really want one of those monitors that you put around your arm, they tell you distance, speed, everything basically. I want to know exactly how far im running.
 
Well today my legs were sore from yesterday and my chest was really sore from monday.

But i managed to do a 15 run in the pouring rain i was soaked!!! The thing is, its only 15 minutes the run, but i kept a fast pace and the odd time would do a 30m sprint or so, and then i would stop for a small breather.

After i maxed out on some pushups LOL which is too embarressing to put, but it was 30!!!!! This is only because my chest/tris were still sore and not recovered from monday.

I think i would be able to reach near 50 on a fresh day...........I hope.

At least this is a start as im aiming to be active more or less 6 days a week, instead of doing nothing on my non-lifting days.
 
I hate being skint, im not drinking that weight gain powder i bought becuase i dont want all those calories. Ill get another protein powder when i get paid but without it my protein is much lower.

When i was taking the supplement before i ran out, it help add another 80g of protein per day.

Now this is the second day in a row iv resisted temptation in going out and drinking. My mates are the bad influence, constantly asking if i wanna get f**ked. Iv said no twice now :D And ill keep saying no, although ill be getting legless on saturday.

Just some thoughts there.
 
I'll be getting legless friday night on the boat. Just an FYI. After this project deadline I'm ready to let loose a bit.
 
I f**ked up last night.

Was supposed to go to the gym, have a good workout. Instead i ended up drinking with my mates. I was regecting the offer all day, till one of them got on my bus and it was so tempting.

Then when i got to mine, 2 of em were already there. I could of told em i wasnt doing nothing, but i ended up drinking cider LOL.

Anyway, workout tonight no matter what.

LOL, i do need disciplin!

And yea, im defo working out. And tomorrows workout i aim to be a killer as i aim to go for a run after ;)
 
I'm going fishing tonight and plan on tossing back a few ice cold beverages.

Probably won't get wasted as I'm driving the boat.
