Kept it lighter today and pushed out more reps. Reason being my back didnt feel all well.

Skull Crushers
1x10 (66lbs)
1x8 (66lbs)
1x6 (66lbs)

DB OH Tricep Extensions
3x10 (49.5lbs)

Finished off with a kick about with a football at the park. Duration was about 20 minutes.

Afternoon Chillen im good, how about you?

Rest periods are not recorded really, on average about 30 seconds if im training on my own. Or if im training with a partner, my rest is their set.
 
Today my calorie intake has been tooooo low, iv ate the right foods but just not enough of them. Thats the thing when your skint, you cant afford the foods you need. I could tell that my energy went fast.

Seated DB OH Press

Almost at my 5x5 with the 110lbs :) Showing improvement!

Standing BB Military Press
1x6 (110lbs)
1x8 (88lbs)
1x9 (88lbs)

This shows energy had rapidly gone, i was as good with the BB as i was with the DB's!

Incline BB Press
1x8 (99lbs)
2x9 (88lbs)

Talk about being weak ^^ Embarressing.

DB Arm Raises
2x8 (16.5lbs)
1x12 (11lbs)

Used strict form, light weight.

Shrugs - Using Frame
1x10 (88lbs)
2x10 (154lbs)

Again very good form and really squeezed my traps. I think the frame must weigh about 22lbs also.

BB Curls
1x10 (55lbs)
1x6 (66lbs)
1xfailure (44lbs)

Finished with some situps.

Dont know that happened here but my lower back was in a bit of pain. I was reall off balance today with these. Was going to do squats aswel today but i didnt bother when my back was hurting.

Seated leg press

Seated Calf Raises
3x15 (level 10)

10 minutes on the running machine.

Yea it was short workout, but my back was in a bit of pain so id rather not make it any worse.

Im not fat :) But can be lazy, i blame my mates. LOL

Seriously.

Why? Do they jump you on the way to the gym, hold you down, and inject you full of weak sauce? And that's not a euphemism for what you like to do in your free time. :p
