First off: This weeks been a poor week, iv been skint so my diet hasnt been up to par. Iv only been to the gym once also.

Another point is that im unbanned from driving :D:D:D Woooooohoooooooo. Time to look for a new car !!!

Over here you get tossed in jail for drunk driving. Then you get your salad tossed while you're in jail.:)

Personally I never thought you deserved it in the first place. A simple PM warning, and a chance to edit the post, would have accomplished a lot (if the infraction was limited to this as you stated).

A lesson learned and errors of past get burned.

An infraction is pretty much a warning. I've had to edit his posts several times too. It is gone after 10 days, I actually thought I was being quite nice, since it will have no lasting effects.
 
Haven't yet posted saturdays workout. Was a poor week last week with only making it to the gym twice and diet was poor, plus drinking alcohol more frequent than usual.

Saturdays Session Included: Shoulders/Tri's

I could tell that the poor week hindered my strength and energy during the workout.

Seated DB OH Press
3x6 (99lbs)
1x5 (99lbs)

Didnt do the 5x5 this time, i went for a 6x4 just to get that extra rep out. Had no spotter so couldnt get the last rep of the last set.

BB Military Press
1x3 (132lbs)
3x10 (88lbs)

Felt weaker than usual for the 132lbs, i usually would of been able to do more. So i thought id just go for higher reps lower weight.

Machine OH Press
1x8 (88lbs)
2x8 (66lbs)

Almost energyless by this point.

Arm Raises (Cable Rope)
3x8 (4th weight down)

Skull Crushers
2x8 (66lbs)
1x6 (66lbs)

Although i did notice an improvement on these.

OH Cable Pulls /SS/ Pushups
1x12 (5th) >>> 1x8
1x10 (4th) >>> 1x8
1x8 (4th) >>> 1x6
 
Expected a weak workout, hectic week. I really need to stop this sh1t.

Flat BB Press
1x10 (154lbs) > 8 on my own
1x10 (154lbs) > 6 on my own
1x10 (132lbs) > 6 on my own

Had a spotter, so did some negatives till i got to 10. Weakened really fast tho i just had no energy.

Incline BB Press
2x10 (110lbs) > 7-8 on my own
1x10 (110lbs) > 6 on my own

DB Flys
1x10 (27.5lbs)
2x10 (22lbs)

EZ Bar Curls
3x10 (66lbs)

DB Curls
3x10 (22lbs)

Finished with situps and a few pushups.
 
Session Included: Legs

Back Squats
1x10 (132lbs)
1x10 (176lbs)
1x6 (220lbs) DS 1x7 (132lbs)

The weight isnt that heavy, but i was really pleased how good my form was and how low i could go. I was going alllllllllllll the way down, way past parallel.

If i only went to parallel i would be repping 220's and go even heavier.

Seated Leg Extensions
1x10 (level 7)
2x10 (level 8)

Seated Leg Curls / SS / Standing Calf Raises
1x12 (90lbs) >> 1x12 (weight unknown)
2x10 (110lbs) >> 2x10 (weight unknown)

Stationary Bike

Will record how many meters i covered next time.

Also another point i wanna make, iv just been thinking how unfit i actually am compared to how fit i used to be and im only 20 years old man!

Even thinking back to when i was 13, at school we did a 9 mile sponsored walk, but some people could run it if you wished to. I used to run the 9 miles and even at that age come in the top few of the school. Now id struggle to run a mile without stopping!

Im really sorting this fitness sh1t out.

good point canuck. The yeti is more powerful than one can possibly imagine.

Having my way with Tom would not be punishment. He would enjoy that way too much.

I am going to be 47 years old next month.

I can run more than a mile (many more) without stopping......

An old man should not have more endurance then the Big-T.

How does that settle with ya? A man 27 years older, can run further than a 20 year old.......

Do some cardio, BigT! I'm looking forward to adding sprints to my workout to get some muscle and cardio at one go. Won't be long distance endurance but it will be good to get the heart working.
