Reason im only lifting at this weight is because my lower back keeps f**king up. Dont know what its from. Squats seem to always make it come back, so i was thinking of doing squats every 2 weeks or so, with lunges inbetween instead.

Never been so weak on this, i must of been tired i dont know!

I think thats all i did. Cant remember most of the weights i used though.
Also i weighed myself in at 226lbs! Thats my basepoint.
