Believe me, one can get HIGH on life and have a great time, without alcohol.

My sons who are the same ages as you (or close thereto) prove it so.

They have my spirit. OH NO! He, he. :)

They believe they can do anything, and stop anything humanly possible.

I made sure I was the driving force to kindle their internal spirit so they would be near it in adult life. Internal SPIRIT gets one high and nothing comes close to this feeling.

Do not get me wrong, I am not saying there anything wrong in consuming it. However, when it impedes life function or causes complications that would otherwise not be there without it. One needs to re-examine its use.

First ever time doing these! It was really hard to get my form correct. It was hard to keep balance so i kept them light!

Liked them tho really felt them working my legs. :D

I got a question for somebody :D

Lunges
With lunges, is the weight supposed to be focused on the leg that is in front of you? With the other leg just to balance you etc.

OR

Do you even the weight out between both legs and push equally with them both?
 
Im also going to add.....:)

How much my diet is helping me grow, recover, and increase in strength.

I know this, because over a year ago when i first started training. Me and my mate were roughly the same strength.

Over the last few months, my diet has been consistent and good MOST of the time. On the other hand my mate doesnt have a clue about diet, and does a lot of his training on machines.

I only train with him once a week now, maybe twice. So my conclusion is.....

Im quite a fair more stronger than him, and im growing much better than him :D

Everytime we train im usually stepping it up that slight bit, whilsts he's barely improving, if anything :D

Just thought id add that.
 
Are you doing lunges so you can have a shapely ass? LOL

I do walking lunges and push with only the front leg. I haven't done them in a while though.

Reason im only lifting at this weight is because my lower back keeps f**king up. Dont know what its from. Squats seem to always make it come back, so i was thinking of doing squats every 2 weeks or so, with lunges inbetween instead.

Pulldowns (behind head)
3x8 (cant remember)
1x4 DS to 1xfailure

Cable Rows
3x8 (132lbs)

Never been so weak on this, i must of been tired i dont know!

One arm Cable Row
3x8

OH Cable Tricep Press
3x15

Also i weighed myself in at 226lbs! Thats my basepoint.

My new cam came today :) So ill post some pics when i can be botherd. ;)

BIG T, do you have a reading comprehension complication? Is your brain on vacation? For what duration?

Mental vibration prevents brain vaction and promotes cognitive vocation.

Why are you NOT tracking your progression in the weight room, by writing them down? It is not wise to allow memory lapse to reduce your extreme potential to "suboptimal".

Wake your logging spirit and your muscles will transform near it.
