Lol, iv always known/seen people do them with the BB. I suppose you could do them with DB's.

And yea i liked them, felt good. Really felt them on the tri's. Get em done krak! Youll be pressing 220's with them ^^^^ers lol.

LOL I dont' know about that. Not with my tris. I'll do them for the first time on thursday. I'm thinking of starting with my 40lb DB's and see what happens. If its super easy I'll pack on more weight.

Yea should be easy with 40lbs, even id find that quite easy :D .........i think
 
Something to add, im eating roughly 3000cals at the moment, sometimes maybe lower. My goal ATM is to become lean. Im not sure if im in too much of a deficit but i seem to be lifting ok. I havnt lost strength/size YET. But i have only been doing it around 2 weeks.

My aim is to get down to about 210lbs, maybe lower. Then over Autumn/Winter, bulk like f**k and get upto maybe 230+ ;)

yeah I took in almost 3000 cals yesterday. those ^^^^ing burgers killed me. I'm glad I got on the treadmill.

BUT, iv decided to quit my journal as i dont think its benefiting me in any way. I think ill probably start a new one if i think its right to do so in the near future!

Welcome back Journal, you've got total control of me and i couldnt keep away from you that long, it was breaking my heart...

Diet is 'spot on' lately :) And training is going fairly good.

I thought maybe this journal will actually be some use, as its really good to see improvements etc.

I will post this weeks workouts so far later on this evening.

Current goal is set. By sept 08 (my holiday to greece) :D i want to be AS CLOSE to 200lbs as i can get!

Last time i weighed myself i was roughly 226lbs (give or take a 1lb or 2)

I need to re-weigh myself in the next week or so just so that i know whether im on track or not.
 
Sweet now we have another journal to litter.

Dude I gained 6lbs from last week. I dont' get it. I'm back to 223. My body just wants to be between 217 and 225 and theres nothing I can do about it apparently.

Training session tomorrow. Going to weigh myself.

I was going to put this weeks sessions down but i cant remember :D

Something i must say, i love training on my own. Which i have been doing more often lately.
 
Training today, Deadlifts im gonna push out because havnt done them so much lately. Also lets see if i can get a record number of 3 full pullups on my own :D

Staying in tonight, im sick of going out and getting f**ked with the lads. Not doing me or my psoriasis any good!

Today i didnt have that focused attitude! Was really pissed off because i wanted a really good workout.

Session Included: Mainly Back

Pullups - Mainly Neutral Grip
I did them in 1s and 2s and altogether did about 15.

Man i was really poor on these today, there was just something missing about me!

DeadLifts
3x8 (220lbs)

Hadnt done them for like 3 weeks! So kept it light, next time will step it up.

Pulldowns - Behind Head
4x6 (cant remember what weight) was heavy though :D
1xfailure (at a lighter weight)

Machine Rows
1x10 (132lbs)
2x5 (176lbs)
1xfailure (88lbs)

Dont usually use machine, but cables were taken. Man was i not focused!

BB BOR's
2x8 (154lbs)
1x6 (154lbs)

Could of done much more if i just wasnt so bad today lol.

Running machine
Just 5 mins cool down, get the legs moving.

Workout wasnt so big, im gonna destroy my back the next session.

Today good workout apart from i hurt my back badly near the end!!!

Its really hurting. Im wondering whether iv got a fragile upper back because my father suffered with a bad back. Im wondering if its in my genes.

Seated DB OH Press

Getting better on these. doesnt look much but DB's r much harder :D

BB Mili Press

Machine Shoulder Press
3x8 (115.5lbs)

DB Upwards Flys - my name for them lol
3x8 (33lbs) Each DB

This is where i hurt my back, dont know how but it reallllly hurt. I carried on though which i shoulnt of done.

Skull Crushers
5x5 (88lbs)

Tricep Pushes
3x15 (unknown)

Finished off with 2 sets of dips and 2 sets of close grip pushups to failure.

Well no i dont go out on a friday anymore :D which is good.

Im currently getting drunk now lol, but this only makes it one night per week. Which i dont see a problem with. I feel i can really stick with my goals.

A young lad like me has gotta live ;)
