Im good through the week, my diet is clean, training is consistent. But lately my mates been turning up at mine wi loads of beer n sh1t on a thursday!!!

So i end up drinking, which causes me to miss the gym, then i feel too sh1t to go on friday aswell. So it has a knock on affect.

Change of subject...today a bird flew into our store, and killed himself. It was funny yet sad...

It came in, banged into our secretary's office window - she got scared, closed and locked her door. Then I went after it - it was in our show room...slowly running away from me, not flying or anything just running, evasively, from me. Then it took flight - it was on it's way out and I said to myself: "Good boy, go on out now..." But then it turned around and decided to stay in...I tried to show it out but I somehow directed it into our show rooms biggest window - stupid thing seemed to think it was invincible and tried going through it...smack...to the floor, when I got to it, it was twitching like crazy then it stopped...tried reviving it by tapping lightly on his beak, but no use - it was dead....

Funny sh1t at work, there's LOADS of left over food from a seminar lunch and also someone has brought in loads of cakes for theyre birthday.

Everyone is just eating constantly, nobody can keep up with me though. So far this morning iv had:

2 Large Plates of Pasta
Large Sausage Roll
2 Sandwiches
2 Slices of Cake
Potato Salad and coleslaw

Its just a one off thing this, but i bet iv consumed a nice amount of calories here. Typhon you'd love this sh1t ;)

for the record this place is pissing me off today and i wanted to go to the bar and get a buffalo chicken sandwich and a beer but I chose to do the disciplined thing and eat my bullsh!t salad. Also there was a box of donuts in the office today that I resisted.

Wife is making roast tonight with carrots and potatoes. so I figured I'd eat lean all day. LOL
 
Lately ive been looking around for some fixed dumbells.

Roughly maybe 3 or 4 of them, weighing around 33lbs, 44lbs, 66lbs, 88lbs.

Iv had a quick look, and just for say some 66lbs (30kg) dumbells its like £150!!!!!

FFS, there's no way i can afford that. Im going to have to have a further look around. Anybody else know any place cheap?
