Honestly Ive never seen Korrie report a big loss - since we have become buds -

As for you - im use to seeing you kick that fat in the ass - you do it alomost always and big losses Im usually jealous of - you are one focused lady !!! And your lookin damn good too !!! Im amazed at how far you've come - it is excellent and I am so happy for you !!!
 
YAY!!!!!! Ya'll have some goos losses this week!!!!

For me I have lost 1.5 pounds :D I'm super happy for that. I haven't worked out much this week so I will settle for a pound lost. Ya'll have a wonderful Day and don't forget to drink your WATER!!!!!!:p

For what seemed like forever (2-3 weeks), I plateaued at 218.0 I don't have the slightest clue what happened this week, but as I weighed myself all week long, it was at a steady 213.0 - however this morning when I stepped on that scale, it was actually reading 211.5! :eek: I couldn't believe my 'oi bulls (eye balls :eek: ) ..after snapping out of that whole shocking experience, I managed to step off, then back on and the darn thing read 210.5! :eek: again! Thinking that my scale was broken, I had to do something..., so I called my DD over and had her step on it and it seemed to be working fine, so I stepped back on it and it rested perfectly on 211.5 - ( Oh happy day!!) I will only be reporting my 4 lb loss, which will put me at 213.0 'cause I'm not sure if this will stick! Just wanted to share my excitement for the day. :D

Great job everyone!!

Hmmm, I only lost a half pound. And technically, gained a half because earlier in the week I weighed in at 231.

I think it may be because my period is due on Sunday. And for some reason this morning I woke up really swollen in my fingers and feet/ankles.

This is the 1st time in amost a year that I have put up any kind of loss really...sad to say but true. I used to put up big numbers all the time in challenges, but I got deppressed....I'm over it now and I'll tell ya what...expect a big number from me next week too!

I am proud of all of you!! WTG!!

I just got a new scale today that says I weigh 5lbs more than the last one, so I dont know what I am going to do tomorrow... I guess I will just put the weight this new scale has and "gain" weight for this week. This sucks lol
