I'm jealous....lol I haven't checked today, I'll check tomorrow morning...I bought this new workout DVD called Tae Bo flex/cardio....I'm luvin' it so far...

Lots of folks forgot to put their starting weight. I did until just a minute ago. So if you haven't go ahead and do it since the challenge has already begun.
 
I think of weight loss this way: I need to do exercise and dieting for three-four days before I see a full pound of weight loss, so don't worry if the scale still says the same thing--if you're doing the right things then the weight will come off. :) :)
 
Hang in there. I know it get discouraging not seeing rapid weight loss, but it will happen. Never know what your body is going through at the moment. It will get with the plan. Think positive & think about how you will look, stay motivated & then you will get there.

Goal Lost: 35lbs - I know this seems like a lot, but I think I can do it healthily. My body has just been shedding the pounds like they cant wait to come off!

Can i get in on this challenge? i know my weight for friday, and i was thinking of a similar 8 week on my own, but seeing as everyone else is here....
