month of cutting so far

down somewhere around 10lbs from the first picture (little under a month ago). the second picture was today, i had a body fat test saturday (water tank) and was like 193 or so with 15.5% bf. i really didnt think id notice much of a difference after a month but this comparison definately gives me more motivation to keep cutting over the summer.
 
good progress man, keep it up then start to bulk.

im definately gonna bulk up when september comes around, but cutting has also let me get alot more in shape cardio wise, instead of just lifting weights. i guess in the second picture the lighting is funny so you cant see my legs well, but nothin much to see anyway:)
 
second pic looks like ur hoverin. like ur legs were chopped off lol

the gym i go to offers it, it costs 15$ but they give you a nice sheet with all the stats, ive done it a few times in the past 3 years.

another big difference, other than losing the fat, is that now I actually work out my abs on a set routine, and not just once every few weeks when i feel like it, my core has got alot stronger. im thinkin in maybe another month or so maybe i can see the abs a little, that would be a first.

but still, i have a do it urself kit at home but the water bf % test is more accurate =] heh
