ooo, i guess i should set myself a target, reading back on the thread most people seem to have, so erm, 8 weeks...12pounds, which would take me to 172 :D (Im secretly hoping for 16 pounds but best not get too optimistic.)
 
i missed my "lose 10 pounds in February" goal by .03 of a pound! :rolleyes:

I am so excited for this to begin to keep me motivated!! I loved being a part of the February Challenge, so I'm so glad there's another one! You all are awesome!!! :cool:
 
Hey Ya'll!!!! How you been? I am feeling good. I haven't worked out since last friday :mad: But I have been going for my walks and trying to eat right every three hours. My hubby bought these portioned tubbaware and I usually eat out of those. Not to bad. Well, Ya'll STAY POSITIVE and Don't give up!!! Drink your WATER!!:p

I am a little nervous myself. I partied a little earlier in the week and I have been trying to play catchup since Tuesday. -keeping my fingers crossed-

I dont think ive lost this week, hopefully stayed the same..or lost a pound *fingers crossed*, ive managed to cut down loads, from what i normally eat, but im still eating quite a lot, in the evenings when i start to get peckish, worst mistake i made was to not write them down, but i will from now on.

Goal Lost:(well hopefully, if i manage to suceed in the march challenge (8lbs) id say 12-14pounds goal. although saying that, im just realising theres only 7 weeks to go so probably more likely 10-12, unless i lose 2lbs a week for the next 7 weeks.
