well considering the blow out i had earlier in the week, im not to ripped up about this. my challenge for this week is to go 7 whole days without messing up...no ''treat'' a day system..

I got a new scale this week that says I am a lot heavier than my other one :( so I will post the weight it says, but I didnt actually gain weight.

Starting Weight (2/23): 252.5
Week 1 (3/2): 251 (loss of 1.5lbs)
Week 2 (3/09) 256.7 - this is so incredibly depressing lol

so now you've got a new starting point and the scale will continue to move downward... don't worry about it :) you're doing fine.

I thought I lost more weight than this...I've been so sick this last week...passing kidney stones...OUCH! But hey a pound is a pound...I haven't been able to exercise at all I feel real bad about that....:( Can't wait until I'm better to get back into my excercise!
 
I stayed the same this week, 160 :( Oh well what Can I say. I had a bad couple of days but this certainly motivates me even more. Ya'll have a wonderful day and drink your WATER!!!!:D

Have not been able to post much or read diaries lately, but im trying to stay motivated. Now that my computer is running a bit better and i have a monitor that doesnt do cartwheels, i should be able to read a bit more on here.
