Shit that puts you ahead of me :( - how do you loose 2 lbs or more a week - LOL - I cant do - i exercise my ass off and eat well and have a physical job - *GRUMBLE, GRUMBLE, GRUMBLE* - ooopppsss I mean - Good for you Korrie - LOL

your only .8 pds different that me, you can do it!! Drink TONS of water this week, count your cals, get in that excersize...you'll get there!! OH, and i'm just loosing fast now b/c I've just "re-started" loosing weight again, once my body adjusts, it will slow down.

:)Thanx - I drink abt 100 oz a day if not more of water and as fare as counting cals - I knwo I just gotta eat more - Im living off of veggies and fruit and very little carbs dirning the day - I honestly just havent had the luxury of time to eat this week during the work day and just not to hungry at dinner time ...

Hey everyone!!! Please forgive me :eek: I have been moving all last week and this week. I finally got settled in. I weighed in last week and still the same. T.O.M. came to visit today, I hope this doesn't effect my wiegh in tomorrow. I went to the gym today and did the bike. My bum hurts like crazy now :D Ya'l have a Wonderful day and drink your WATER!!!!!!

Well, I felt the symptoms of my good ol TOM but it never came.. I still feel bloated.. crampy.. blah! Ahhhh, to be a woman! :(

Well, I am officially half way to my goal for this challenge. I have to loose 2.5 pds a week for the next 4 wks to make my goal...eek....wish me luck!
