Breakfast: PB & J on a WW English Muffin (15g natural peanut butter, 0.8oz strawberry jam), Whey/Creatine drink (32g whey, 5g creatine)

Mid-morning: 1 apple

Lunch: Whole grain jalapeño pepper corn wrap (w/10g light monterrey jack cheese, 28g roast beef, 70g black forest ham, 113g oven roasted turkey)

Afternoon: 1 apple

Mid-afternoon: Same as lunch

Haven't planned dinner yet. I get to do that when I get back from taking the dog for a walk and picking up my wife from work. Today should've been a gym day but I'm still not feeling well (been sick since the accident) and it's kind of affecting my equilibrium a little. If not for that I'd work out sick (as I did Saturday) but I'd rather not pass out with weight in the air above my head.

It'll be a week tomorrow since I've started feeling this cold or whatever coming on so hopefully it f's off soon.

Just felt like dominating for a bit ya know? ::wink::

Well, I started my workout and got about 12 minutes in and felt like passing out. Gonna get some more food and water in me and rest and then give it another go later on.

And I'm all for off topic rants, but you people needed to be whipped back into shape! And lord knows you all liked it...
