Damn straight I expect things from you. And yes, you may be up, but thats better than out. Weight fluctuates... a wise woman once told me that weight is just a number. Its not the number that matters.

I'm not a scary teacher quite yet... but I do have an interview on Thursday :eek:

But I do the whole hands on hips scary teacher voice very nicely if I do say so myself...

I thought that the k-3 teachers did that clap thing where all the kids have to follow. Try that. :hurray:
 
I've decided that everyone needs to make this a good day.

And I am going to lead by example, so I am going to go do my workout for the day.

Everyone needs to eat and eat well. Exercise if you can. Drink plenty of water. Cheer up and lose weight with a smile. Rome wasn't built in a day, but it had to start somewhere.
 
OK, Jess, I'm with you. I had a bowl of cereal for breakfast and coffee. Now I'm gearing up for lunch. The sun came out and I'm thinking of going mountain biking before work.

What's the plan for everyone else?

I'm eating my yummy soup and salad for lunch, I still have both my healthy snacks at my disposal, and I am looking forward to walking with my family this afternoon - on top of going to the gym this morning. :D

Fruit and crackers for lunch.
Kick ass session at the gym this afternoon.
sensible dinner.

That should be the pattern for the rest of the week...

I already have to listen to one teacher every day- doesn't that make me excempt form her? Or more vulnerable since it is what I know?
 
*sigh...if I gotta, I gotta*

Breakfast was a ff yogurt, an apple and 1tbs peanut butter

I also snagged 1/2 a cc cookie (herein where my problem lies)

I had a handful of almonds and one werther's original butterscotch candy

lunch is ham and veggies w/a small piece of bread and homemade fruit cup

i have no idea what dinner is and i am debating the gym, i don't know if it is better to work out or try to break for a day (i already did sunday) to see if that helps me get better...
