I'm currently working for getting 100kg 3 times on front squats :p
 
THANKS. :]]] and i also want to start getting back into front squats but this routine is back squats for 6 weeks straight!!!
dood go get those 3 reps thats ez 4 u! u can power clean that! u can deadlift that ez!
 
yeah :p when my hip injury was at its worst I could still dead and power clean without pain, but I couldn't squat. Thus, my pulling is now a lot higher than any squatting. I'm now on a program squatting 3 times a week (2 front 1 back) and I've already added 10kg to my front squat and I just did the first day of week 3. I want to get a 140kg back squat and 120kg front squat. those should be within reach.
 
Awesome job PB. Your numbers are great but reading your comments is driving my eyeballs nuckin futs! That damn "kuz" is making me bonkers!
 
THANKS tony! :] i think my weakness is benching right now and deadlifts arent great either but im going to stat throwing in some RDL's to start helping my dl.

you need to get hit by a car so you can only work on your pulling and upper body for a while :D it fixes any squat being higher than deadlift imbalances :p

squats were hard today but not as hard as before because it was at school where the bars are wider :] next time im working out at home though whith the bad bar lol oh well work is work

i did RDL's for the first time today with low stuff to get used to it. pretty easy stuff.
today was great; broke new barriers and had fun!

After squats, the ENTIRE rest of the workout is FUN! the intensity of squats just makes everything else feel relatively painless and fun play.

uhhhm i had to walk home(3-4miles) so i didnt get a good ppwo meal until 2.5hours after wo. how bad is that? im eating like crazy now trying to make up for burned cals...

LUL i actually started running with my math book, bag of clothes and backpack. i only lasted like 1 block. hahaha i was burnt
i really wanted food so i didnt want to wait XD
 
You're fine with what happened. Ya I can see how the routine would have blasted your legs.

My legs were fried after yesterdays tire dragging.

you're 163? ****, I can power snatch you! How tall are you? Just start eating. If you have a problem getting in too much food because you get full, then figure out what meal has the best calorie/full ratio.. where you want calories to be large and fullness to be small. I use shakes with milk, banana, almonds, sunflower seeds and some ice cream has a total of about 1k cals and I know of meals with half that which make me more full :D
 
LOL DUDE that would be fun if you power snatched me as long as you dont think i have built in bumper plates.

and im not a hard gainer! :p i guess i underestimated my caloric needs(the program says you have to gain at least 10lbs or you arent doing it right....Supersquats)
I usually have to try to keep my eating limited actually but my weight has been fluctuating to the lower side lately; i think il have a blender bomb!
2tbs PB, whey, nanner, milk,oj,flax,blueberries,sardines...........jk..........who would eat pb?

im 5'8.5" lol and reaching for 5'10"!!!!!!!
