squats were hard today but not as hard as before because it was at school where the bars are wider :] next time im working out at home though whith the bad bar lol oh well work is work
i did RDL's for the first time today with low stuff to get used to it. pretty easy stuff.
today was great; broke new barriers and had fun!
After squats, the ENTIRE rest of the workout is FUN! the intensity of squats just makes everything else feel relatively painless and fun play.
uhhhm i had to walk home(3-4miles) so i didnt get a good ppwo meal until 2.5hours after wo. how bad is that? im eating like crazy now trying to make up for burned cals...
