COMMENTS:
worked really hard on squats today. that little entry of 246x21 has a lota effort behind it....
after 10 reps i felt like stopping lulz
it was SO hot today...i couldnt stop sweating! after the 21 reps, i was really in overdrive and hving problems cooling down but i tried to work hard through it.
iv had a past of overheating and passing out in the Florida heat.

but after, i went to the beach and played tons of sports and dug a huge hole and really played hard. i have to eat like CRAY ZEE now.

i have no idea how much my max is but id say around 300.

i dont really max out, i just go for tripples sometimes and maybe doubles. this routine has had me doing a 10rm 20 times so i dunno.
after this routine i might check. im going to do a bit of my own training then go on the 5x5 routine by Bill starr glenn pendlay. so i look forward to that.

this routine has really tought me hard work though.
20 rep squats is some of the hardest stuff iv done yet, next to 5x10 front squats and bulgarian splits haha good times
 
well 246x20 isnt striaght reps. i really pace myself with around 3-10 breaths in between squats. its really a lot of will power.

RWS: i just watched a youtube poop one day and i thought it was funny so i went and made a couple lol. the zelda one is the dumbest. :D my others are better

The clean pulls look a bit weird. I think you could keep your shoulders over the bar a little more, remember, it is not just a deadlift and a shrug. the first pull off the floor is just to get you in position for the explosive pull, the bar should be above the knee (how far above the knee will vary a bit from person to person) shoulders in front of the bar and bar held in contact with the body, then explode up.
Also the stance looks a bit wide. the stance should be about the same stance you would use for a vertical jump, just try to jump up and down a bit and see how wide your feet lands, that is about the width you want.
