ALERT:
i have made a big descision. im cutting this routine short due to epic phail. i havent taken a week off all year and im really feeling it. this routine is really stressful!
so im taking a week off and i plan on doing pendlay's 5x5 routine intermediate version.
in this situation, i think this is the best descision only because i have been feeling burnt. what do you think?
its been fun bustin my butt and il defenetly re-do this routine and learn from my mistakes. thanks for folowing guys and im sorry.
MISTAKES:
-miscalculated my beginning 10rm for my first session
-had 1/2 of workouts using a standard barbell/weights and the other half using olympic barbell/weights. the major problem with this is that 240 on the olympic bar feels much lighter than 245 on my standard bar(diff between 20 and 13 reps)
-failed twice before the end of the 18 workouts because of non-consistant training equipment and haste without thought
-didnt take a week off before starting the routine
