Imprison your mind and you imprison yourself---Chillen

Hello everybody! How was your day?! ROCKED ON! I bet?!

You guys are the BEST, because you want to do it better than the REST, because you can stand the TEST! You can dio it, your mind knows you can do it, and your body knows it can do it!

After speaking with PB, and browsing the forum today on various subject matter, I decided to do another portion on the "Power of the Mind" and how it can and can not effect your training, diet, and play a huge impact on our goals you seek, and here we go:

i wanted to post this in the chillout log, as it has relevance to some of the concepts. i guess this is my first "entry" in the chillout log. if you want me to erase it, just PM me chillen.

if i have learned one thing in the past week it would include that you never know how bad someone has it.
because i cannot live a day in your life and have the same mindset.
and it is more of your mindset which determines how bad you have it rather than what the day has to bring.

and man i dont have any idea what you are going through. it could be one of the worst times you have in your life for all i know. and i may not be able to help you as much as i want.
but i know one thing for dam certain. that goals and dreams held onto deep inside a person combined with the unyielding, steadfast aspiration to make them come true no matter what, far outweighs any obstacle anyone can encounter.

i believe you can get through whatever is going on bro. i mean that.
and if i know you can get through it, then you better as hell aughta believe with me and make it true.

This is what this chillout log is for, to help others you just may happen to need it, because no days are reletively the same, and we all need assistance once in a while.

Anyone can post that helps another fellow board member.

I am very glad you to took the initiative to post your thoughts on (Silent), it sounds as if he needs some board support.

Okay, do you think you know Jack Schitt!

Lets meet the family:


When someone says "You don't know Jack Schitt", well, now you can tell the entire story.

Jack Schitt was the only son of Owe Schitt and Awe Schitt.

Owe Schitt, the fertilizer salesman, married Awe Schitt, who later ran a country hotel..The Kneedeep Inn.

Jack Schitt eventually married Noe Schitt and together they produced six children. Sadly, their first child, Holy Schitt, passed away shortly after birth.

Next came twin sons, Deep Schitt and Dip Schitt.

Then they had twin daughters, Fulla Schitt and Givva Schitt.

Their last child was a son, Bull Schitt. As time went on, Deep Schitt married Dumb Schitt, a high school dropout.

Deep Schitt's twin brother, Dip Schitt, married Lotta schitt, who gave birth to a son, Chicken Schitt.

Fulla Schitt and Givva Schitt married the Happens brothers.

back felt very good today. every day i sleep, it feels stronger the next day. the body truly is amazing.

life as a teen is easy in the summer. which is why i have to find ways to challenge and improve myself.

I have been pretty busy and focused the last few days on my diet and training, and shut everything out; nothing interferred, nothing.

Im more ripped then ever. Training was insane as was the diet, the last few days. I have a 8 day vacation, and took advantage of a portion of it. ZigZag is working pretty good.

Spent most of the morning defising my diet plan for the month of July, Workout plan, and added a new type called: FreeForm to the mix of training. I have a goal in mind: It is calling me, and now I am on the prowl to get it, and nothing, and I mean nothing stands between me and the end result.

the ant

What can we learn from the Japenese Honeybee:
Japanese honeybees can kill wasps that invade their colonies by swarming them and beating their wings to generate heat, effectively cooking the wasps to death. (You MUST be a TEAM: Body and Mind to effectively create the body you desire.), what else is in this statement, PEOPLE!

You must colonize your thoughts on your goals, you must mentally swarm your thoughts with undenying heat to beat down your personal weaknesses to protect your future self (or home)..........Bees can teach us alot.

Stay focused everyone, be a bad @ss, ROCK ON WITH YOUR GOALS! Dont get weak: dream it, amagine it, think it, shape it, and make the body and mind a team to produce the results you seek!...........ROCK ON!

If you cannot stay on track with your diet--consistantly enough--then quite frankly and truthfully, you dont want your goal bad enough--bottom line--you prefer the alternative satisifaction invested. You have a decision to make: stay inconistant in diet and thus receive the same results of inconsistancy; stay inconsistant in mind you get the same investment in return, this will never change. You can cry, you can get mad, you can bang your head in anger, and when your done, and the smoke clears, the truth never changed. I harp on the mind because, in truth, the games you play in your head determine everything in outward action. You can whine all day; this will not change what IT takes, your gonna have to want it, and want it bad enough to make the sacrifices REQUIRED. When you reach for a food item, (and its not the right time), ask yourself what you want more--this will determine consistantcy of resolve, and play a significant force in your success.


Chillen: Intuitive Instinct what is it?

Its first checking with your internal conscious before making an outward physical action when there are other scources in the body wanting a different covert act; Intuitive instinct is usally the subtle and reasonably correct advice and decision giver. Do more than listen to this, it often times will lead you correctly--Chillen

i have a serious question though dr. chill.....

i went to the doctor today and he said that i should lay off ALL weights for 6-8 weeks. :( x infinity

i understand. but i really REALLY want to keep on squatting. i swear to god, if it hurts i will stop. but whenever i have beens quatting recently, it doesnt hurt! i dont want to halt progress on squats :( its all i have left to my name...i need your honest opinions on what i should do. i cant stand it!

please help me
