I do not think this decision was fair since we were not tied in last place. I also do not like that West Coasters have less time to weigh in. Oh well, what are you going to do.

I'm sorry about this team. We lost enough weigh to stay in, but my number did not make it in time.

I feel bad.
 
I looked over the rules, and I see where it said the part about losing out on the points.

At least I get to run around roller coaster track areas to make myself feel better. Actually, it did not make me feel better tonight. I found 600 dollars, which of course, I turned into Guest Relations tonight. Darn it!
 
That is an awesome amount of exercise.

I did two hours yesterday and the day before. I'm quite sore from work. I had to evac two different coasters, and lift people out of a ride. My arms and back are killin' me!!

It is a good think that today is my rest day from exercise, my sciatic nerve is acting up today (too bad I have to be in school all day). I also ate the salmon :)

Salmon is pretty yummy. I'm down to only eatting chicken and fish. I gave up pork and beef. Red meat isn't very good for ya anyway so it's all good.

I'm planning on my spin class today, and hopefully going to get in lots of strength training.

I've been sooooo tired lately, but I have to get in the gym you know?

What is New Zealand famous for? Why kiwi fruit, Lord of the Rings and sheep of course. :D There are 4.2million humans in NZ, and 43.1million sheep. This is actually down from a high of 70.3million in 1982. I will refrain from any sheep shagging jokes no matter how tempting. :biggrinjester:

Therefore, as cliché as it is, this week’s Detour is to either 1. Eat a kiwi fruit everyday or 2. Eat 8oz of lamb over the course of the week. Maybe if we eat enough of them, the New Zealanders will finally outnumber the sheep. :D You must also dress up as Gollum while eating your kiwi or lamb. Ok, that part is optional. :D See how nice I am??

It looks like Liz has decided to bow out. So to be fair to you two for staying in it, I'm cutting a third of your exercise each week. So last week you would've needed only 745minutes to reach your destination. Since you got in 725 minutes, I gave you 9.7pts for exercise. Normally, I add extra graduated pts to the teams based on most to least weight lost each week. Since it'll be unfair to do this in the second chance, once a team's eliminated, I'll take away those extra pts so as not to give teams who lasted longer an unfair advantage.

Your exercise for this week is 723 minutes, or 361.5min per person. Since there are only two of you, the 50% rule doesn't apply. I'll make it that neither of you can count more than 75% of the total exercise.

Since this week was the 2nd of 3 non-elimination weeks, you'll have other teams joining you soon. If we have a similar situation where some of the team members choose not to do the 2nd Chance, I'll condense teams.

Hi girls, I just wanted to pop in for some support in case you feel lonely or your motivation is shaky. It won't be long before most of us join your company. Be strong - second chance title is not something to be missed. :)
 
By the final week - all the teams but two will be in the second chance contest. You will have a lot of company very soon.
 
Company is fun. Kgirl and I can only make up so many campfire songs before we get bored. ;)

Especially since eating marshmallows roasted on the campfire is out lol

I'll also base weight loss pts on % lost, b/c obviously, a team with three people on it will probably lose more total lbs than a team of two.
 
Being so busy really puts a damper on exercise time. I only got about 30 good minutes of cardo in today. I was sweatin' like mad, but it would have been nice to go longer. Luckily my spin class is coming up, and I'm going to force myself to do some crazy routines today.

I have to because I'm going to a party tonight, and there will be beer. Beer is one of my downfalls, but if I keep it to not more than three I can fit it into my calories for the day.

Have you been feeling any better kgirl? I hope so! I'm being worked to the bone, but tomorrow I'm hoping to get some nice exercise in when I visit a Buddhist Temple. Lots of stairs :D
