I've never heard of wicked, I'm glad you enjoyed it, we have to do something for ourselves every now and then.

I'm just getting ready for school and thought I would check in, since I'll be gone for over 12 hrs (I hate Wednesdays). Depending how I feel when I get home I may pop an exercise DVD in, I doubt it though, I'm usually wiped on Wednesday nights.
 
I hear that kgirl. I have my late night Comm class Wednesday, and even though it's just public speaking it wipes me out!! I can train and lead a bunch of employees as a supervisor, but when I get in front of a group of my peers I just get so NERVOUS! haha

I'm so tired, but I need to get my butt to the gym. I just have to do it. I think I'm going to take it a little slow tonight. Get on a bike, and while biking work on some material for a test I'm taking tomorrow. That way I can exercise longer, and multitask. :D

I can't get to crazy because my spin class is tomorrow. I have to save some strength for that craziness. I love spin class though. I never thought I could do it, but here I am doing it for an hour a week now!!
 
Going pretty well. I'm going to log my weigh in Friday morning. :D I want my spin class to count for something tomorrow.

I worked out for two hours tonight. Tiring!! lol

Awesome! I am going to go to the gym today for another hour and a bit, I'm going after I get my car fixed, or during since there is a gym near the garage and it is the same franchise I usually go to and I can go to any one in the province.

That will make our running total 10 hrs and 15 minutes, and with Tarrish's spin class that will be 11 hrs 15 mins, so we should be fine when Lizz logs her time in for the last few days.

Total we need to reach: 12hrs 50mins

My cabbage is done as well. Great job kgirl. I'll PM Lizz and let her know to add her stuff in, and that Ms. Bikini would like her starting weight. We weigh in tomorrow!! :D
 
So we don't have to go hunting for it :)

Week 2—Moscow to Rio de Janeiro Travel time: 16hrs 45min. That's 5hrs 35min for each team member if split up evenly.

Roadblock: One person from each team must have plastic surgery (your choice as to what you have done), and then don a Brazilian thong bikini and spend a day sunbathing topless at the beach. Please post photos to prove you completed the roadblock. Ah, I crack myself up.

Actually, the roadblock is to do the Capoeira videos below. Capoeira is a Brazilian combination of martial arts and dance. One team member must watch the first 3 videos and follow along with the next 4 videos once during the week. You don't have to do the moves perfectly, but do the best you can as you follow along. You can do all 15 videos if you like, but only the first 7 are required.


Please keep in mind that Thursday the 13th is the last day to eat your cabbage and get in your week 1 exercise. You can use Thursday or Friday's weight for you weigh in, and all teams must have updated their detour, exercise and weight info by midnight EDT (GMT -4hrs). Otherwise, your team may be eliminated.

I still had some energy so I did another 15 mins of exercise (yoga type stretching)

Individual Total: 5 hours 35 minutes

Team Total: 10 hours 40 minutes
 
Oh no, where's Lizz? I can do another hour of exercise no problem, but she needs to do 10% of the exercise. She needs to post if she ate the cabbage too!
 
Alright. I did treadmill, spin class, and some strength training. Today I worked 2 hours and ten minutes. That gets us to our goal, but we still need Lizz to log her stuff so we can finish our detours and the ten percent thing. :D

Team Total: 12 hours 50 minutes

Sorry about being AWOL.
I have done 4 more hours of exercise and I did eat my cabbage. I tried that dance one last time the other day with no luck.

I'm going to go update my weight.
 
Hey it's ok Lizz. I thought we lost you on the streets of Russia for a second. HAHA

Well it looks like we all ate our cabbage, and went over our time limit. Now all we need to do is weigh in.

Arg. So this is another 1 lb week for me. I have a training session on Sunday, hopefully a change in my exercise routine will generate better results.
