I've been doing great with the water and getting lots of exercise in due to not working this week. My weight loss has slowed down as well. I was losing 4-5 LBS per week and so far I'm only down 0.4 this week. I knew it wouldn't last forever but I'm going to still keep on with my plan. Plus I have not smoked a cigarette since yesterday morning and I'm feeling great. I like the exercise challenge as well..............lets keep up the good work team.....
