HI GUYS!!! Congrats on your 1st full week of this competition!!!...Tommorrow is the 1st day of the 2nd week....Its our 1st weigh in day AND its the start of mini challenges!!!
This week (starting tomorrow) our mini challenge will be to drink half your weight in ounces of water. So if you weigh 200lbs, you'll drink 100 oz. of water! One point for every day you stuck with this challenge!!!

I love the first challenge. I'm going to be swimming in water this week... which really wouldn't be too out of the ordinary if you filled a pool with it, but no no no, it will be coming out my ears I will drink so much of it.
I thought I wasn't going to have any opportunities to exercise today while at my grandmother's, but I actually ended up being able to sneak off for a hike! I was out there for an hour (well, 81 minutes, but I subtracted some breaks that I took), so my final total for exercise for the week is 11 hours. Here's hoping I am as successful in my weigh-in tomorrow, but my body is anti-weight-loss no matter what I do.

Congrats on the running I hope to be able to start running soon myself. My knees already feel better from the weight I've lost. As for water I have a water bottle thats a half gallon and I drink 2 of those a day already. So I'm actually over my mini challenge water amount...easy points for me.
I'm sure your probably gaining some good muscles with all your working out.
I had issues losing at first as well having PCOS probably doesn't help me either. I actually had to switch to lower carbs before I would even start losing anything. Heres to next week!!!!!

Funny the pack came with a card that you can show a cop if you get pulled over that explains what it is....guess people have been stopped because it looks like their smoking something else lol.
