Oh bad bad week for me, have only got in 3 hours of exercise so far and I have eaten more chocolate this week than I have in the last month, dreading weigh in on Sunday, was going to completely avoid it, but I think I need to see where I'm at on Sunday and get back to basics again....sorry folks, have been a terrible team player this week. I dunno whats wrong with me, just lost my motivation.

I will get in TWO hours exercise on Saturday plus the mini challenge.

We all have bad weeks. Just make next week better, right? :) When I have a bad week, I use it as motivation to do extra well the next week to make up for it. :)

Aaaah, I have this next challenge DOWN! I already track and eat over 25g of fiber each day. Sometimes I eat as much as 35g. :D Score!

Well, I didn't have an opportunity to do my weigh in this morning because I woke up late (a whole hour late, even... I was displeased :p) and had to rush out the door in 15 very short minutes, so unfortunately it's going to have to wait until tomorrow. :( I will be sure to get it posted first thing in the morning tomorrow though.

Great job on the weight loss, Korrie. :D

I have the same problem with aunt flo'. I'm feeling like a sack of potatoes and couldn't control my eating on the weekend. Gah.

But I'm renewed and I'll put my current weight in tomorrow. Oh, means I'll have to start calculating my fibre.

It's very good you didn't gain weight. :) For some reason for the last couple days I have been gaining weight (like 0.8 lbs so far), and it is not fun. :p

Woops Sorry guys >.< I had a bad few days. I hate how sometimes it's like a constant struggle to remain in this mode.

It might be a bit difficult this week for my to hit the challenge every day cause I'm upping protein and lowering my carb intake but I'll just eat a shit load of vegies to get my fibre =D

BOO YA!!!! i'm down 11.6lbs so far!!! How are you guys doing??? What do you think about skipping the mini challenge this week???? Im in a creative slump, lol
 
Ah, my weight loss was terrible this week and I can't help but wonder if exercising less had something to do with it. I only did 7 hours this week, about an hour a day on average... which is down about three hours from the week before. But I got a point every day for the mini-challenge so that helped to make up for the lack of weight loss points. :)
