Oh bad bad week for me, have only got in 3 hours of exercise so far and I have eaten more chocolate this week than I have in the last month, dreading weigh in on Sunday, was going to completely avoid it, but I think I need to see where I'm at on Sunday and get back to basics again....sorry folks, have been a terrible team player this week. I dunno whats wrong with me, just lost my motivation.
I will get in TWO hours exercise on Saturday plus the mini challenge.
We all have bad weeks. Just make next week better, right? When I have a bad week, I use it as motivation to do extra well the next week to make up for it.
