Belly dancing now thats a exciting way to get things moving. I think I'm going to come up with a routine that has different lil activities like your doing. It can get a little boring doing the same things over and over. We are so on a roll.....Lets keep it moving!!!!!!!
 
Best of luck everyone, so excited for this challenge, took day off yesterday, but will be getting my exercise started today!! Good luck everyone, go team!!!!!!

Okay, Day 2 exercise complete! 40 minutes cardio salsa + 10 minutes aerobics + 20 minutes kick-boxing + 50 minutes strength training = 2 hours :)

Waaa! You did great!

I did day 4 of the 30dayshred and an hour of zumba!

Also I've had leftover sticky date pudding staring at me whenever I walk past the work kitchen but I was good yesterday and so far this morning =)

I'm planning to go clubbing this weekend so it'll be a couple hours of dancing to add too ^^

I just got off work so I'm going to try to get in a much as I can today!
So far I did the 30 day shred video, I switched to my 8lb weights and they really kicked my butt, oops I mean arms.

I just did my day 4 of the shred as well. Do you do your zumba at home or do you go to a gym? I really have started thinking about giving it a go.

WTG on not giving into the temptation on the pudding. I had to take a client to lunch today and she wanted McDonalds. I didn't order anything just sat and counted the calories on other peoples trays:piggy:

I do zumba at the local community centre. I was joined to a gym before, but I don't like them, I feel like you have to dress up to go workout. I find zumba fun because it doesn't feel like so much of a workout but you sweat heaps!

Great increase on the weights for 30DS! I need to increase mine. Are you able to do pushups yet? I still struggle with the ladies ones but I get a little bit lower each time. Hopefully we'll get to the stage of a real push up by the end of it? :D

Oh you have awesome will power to avoid Maccas! I have 3 in my suburb and I am avoiding them at all cost...

You should go dancing too! Who gives a crap what the other people there do.

Nice! I was going to get one from craiges List then decided to just buy a regular bike. I might still get one when it gets colder outside.

No I can't do the push-ups yet:blush5: I can hardly do the cheat one it really hurts my knees. I think I may need to buy a exercise mat.LOL I've been getting on all 4's and doing the push-ups from that position. I still feel it in my arms.

Great job on the exercise today! I keep wanting to do Zumba too but I can't afford classes. I keep hoping I'll find a way to do it for free at home. :D

Thanks. :D Good job on the weight increase (haha, a much better variety of weight increase than body weight increase, no?) but I can imagine how your poor arms must be feeling. Hehe.

OK here goes...... I did the 30 day shred (w/8 pound weights), 1 mile on the treadmill (even ran for awhile on speed 5 at 4% incline), 4 miles on my bike. I am pooped!!!!!!!!!!! I have decided to take Tuesday-Friday off work next week so I'm hoping I can add extra exercise into my day. Shoot since I will be the only one home I may just blast my music and dance around in the living room in my underwear:smilielol5: I feel bad I didn't walk the dogs today but I did clean out my ducks pool and chased them around for a bit. Theres just so much I can get done when I work during the day. Til later Christina..

Good morning everyone! Last night I cut the side of my foot open on a broken glass I thought I had got all up. It's really bad so hoping it doesn't slow me down to much. Well off to work I go....Laters

Yeah, I was thinking about mentioning it to him too because it doesn't seem like he's aware of it.

I'm going to get a bike of my own someday. I'm determined!
 
Ah, after my two-hour long fitness romp yesterday, I am so, so sore today and it was like pulling teeth to do anything. I managed to get in a half hour of aerobics and a half hour of belly dancing for an hour total... so far. I may be able to convince my body to do another hour later. Haha. I'll try my best.

Edit: I ended up adding another half hour to the day's workout with 20 minutes of kick-boxing and 10 minutes of walking. :) Woot. 4.5 points so far this week.

Wow, that's really a bummer. Now we're working with one less person than the other teams. :(

But you know, we have a REALLY GREAT TEAM. You guys are terrific and so hard-working and we can still do this!!

yea, i'm not gonna stress....in the end I'm sure the other teams may loose a member or two...i don't know how this point system is gonna work really....the ONLY way for it to be fair is if we all had equal number of players....shoot.
