hey, I think I thought of a good idea. It seems we can change our eating plans for the week to come. So seeing that sunday is super bowl and we are going to a big party with lots of good food I didnt want to watch what I ate too closely. Soooo I took my calories per day down by 200 for next week and put a cheat day on sunday, I will also eat low/healthy before party on sunday. Staying 1600 or under during the week will be a big challenge but I know there will be a good reward AND maybe I can retrain myself not to want that 1800 range all the time.

just a thought, hoping to help, let me konw what you think of the idea.

Well I have completed my points for the week....yipeee perfect score, very proud of myself.

Just finished a hours worth of circuit training to be logged in week 3 exercise, feeling good!

Hope everyone else is doing well!

AHHHH I'm so mad! I went to this planning team thing at this campy conference centre, and I didn't exercise at all and ate way too much and had a damn good time. (Thurs-Mon)

So I'm sorry I pretty much got no points this week, and if we lose, I might be going. SORRY GUYS!! I promise to be back on track if we make it, and if not, it's been a slice.

Just to clarify - does the eliminated member have the lowest score for the week, or the lowest cumulative score?
 
My step dad was a sweet heart and went out at 8 to buy me and my sister fish to cheer us up! :)

Youd think my mom would have been the supportive one... but HEY Ill take what I get.

I now have Cancer(pronounced "san-sir", its from a show dont ask) and Skeletor(I wanted to name him Hitler the Politically Incorrect Fish, due to his adorable hitler stach, but noone but me liked the idea...)!

All they do is eat old fish food and appear to have seizures when eating big pellets.

YAY! I hope they do alright, Im pretty sure the tank is done cycling.
 
Lowest Cumulative score is the person who gets eliminated, not lowest for the week...

Edit: I looked at the spreadsheet and a few people had not logged their points for the exercise bonus, despite having times that added up to WELL over the four hour minimum. I took the liberty...

Please Teamies, go back and check out your numbers, make sure everything is where it is supposed to be... I have a feeling this week is going to be extremely close!!!!

Hey all since I log in early thought I would take a meander at results and we are kicking butt in week 2 and cumulatively we have higher total points by 21.5pts/person YAHOO. Of course more may update today.

Quarters-I hope fish cheer you up (I will have to visit your diary sorry in the dark) and hope all goes well with the fishies!

Lizzie those are the WORST of circumstances to try and deal with, dont get down on yourself keep chugging along even if you get the axe (which I dont htink you will).

So I think all water did me well this week, I am going to try and continue as the water was a bit above my norm after all --- anyone with me?

Tru-wow with all muscle you gain and workouts you do 1400 seems sooo low I would starve LOL but you continue to rip and LOOSE! great job

I have redeemed myself in my scale's eyes LOL, perhaps it was a momentary low but it registered twice so I will take it!!!
 
1400 isn't that hard when you take into consideration i am unable to eat anything containing wheat or derived from wheat. it can be hard to eat enough as the high protein keeps you full very well. I usually don't feel like many snacks except on Very stressfull days, which generate a huge chocolate craving.

Thankfully i don't keep chocolate etc. at home as otherwise today would have been a write off. so as it is i am still ok for my tuesday points.

Just did 45 min of elliptical. I have to drive home to my parents in Chicago so will likely do some more when I get there. Do we know what the bonus is this week? I have been MIA for a while so am not sure if I missed it :).

HEY TEAM!

Sorry i've been MIA on here for a while, i've been sooo busy! Unfortunately, the busy-ness isn't over yet! Still have 2 more finals to go @ school and after that, I pretty much have my life back!

I hate to say it, but my eating has not been perfect, nor my exercising (I SERIOUSLY HAVE NO TIMMMEE!) but by next week I hope to be on track again. Looks as if our team didn't win this week (as of now, at least), so I just hope I don't get elliminated! Actually, I don't want ANYONE to be elliminated ):

Has anyone seen Christina (Risty)? She was going like crazy and then just dropped off the face of the earth. We could really use her points if she's around...

I have a feeling it isn't going to be enough though... We need to refocus and re-commit this week. Especially if we end up down a member...

Well it looks like for those reported we rock the house so even if we loose someone we are doing really well and only down 5pts/person with the non-report in.

Anyway yesterday was good, within my new lower calorie range (barely) and got in 65 minutes wiht a 2 mile jog. Yesterday was work (mass chaos) followed by a brief stop home and a 2.5 hour class @ the church (can we say old ladies baking goodies ahhhhh) but I saved some calories ---meaning I didnt have time for dinner and had one tiny piece of bread they baked which is amazing for me since there were BROWNIES. Today have to go to work early so no workout but going to try and stay tried and true on calories. This is going to be a challenging week for me *this is me recommitting*.

How is everyone else doing?
 
I am as committed as ever!!! Did a full upper body work out, 30 minutes of cardio besides, will log in as soon as the spreadsheet is ready.
 
at work, tired, starving, PLEASE post your tips on how curb the urge to eat (when you know its not a true hunger need to eat)

I am sure I am not the only one that could use this!!!

ps is there a week 4 challenge???
