hey, I think I thought of a good idea. It seems we can change our eating plans for the week to come. So seeing that sunday is super bowl and we are going to a big party with lots of good food I didnt want to watch what I ate too closely. Soooo I took my calories per day down by 200 for next week and put a cheat day on sunday, I will also eat low/healthy before party on sunday. Staying 1600 or under during the week will be a big challenge but I know there will be a good reward AND maybe I can retrain myself not to want that 1800 range all the time.
