So, it's 11:19 p.m. And i'm going to bed (after watching 2 amazing hours of lost), and i just realized i have to drink 600 ml of water still! Ahhh, dilemma! To pee or not to pee in the night. I love sleeping, but i love my points too. Water it is.

i am doing really well...did 60 minutes yoga yesterday, i'm doing 60 minutes power yoga today :D
food is also good. i still have to eat the same stuff...and the thing is i am soooo craving chocolate cake. but i can't have one.

I'm making a fat free cake with fat free frosting for my co-worker's birthday tomorrow! :D

Looking good so far this week, my food has been ok, my exercise is down a bit due to injury but plenty of time left for that. water is looking good and my weight is down on a casual check of the scales :)
 
I'm super bummed team :( I have kinda become addicted to walking/jogging/running, and weel it is super cold here and I can't.. I don't feel satisfied staying in the house and working out... sooooo hope that it warms up here :D glad to see everybody is doing well!!! Keep up the great work!!!!

I hear ya though. I hate, hate, hate stationary cardio equipment, but fianlly have managed to do it with the rigth mind set and, of course, a kick ass playlist on the ipod...
 
Okay so I did 60 minutes of upper body weight training along with 20 minutes of brisk walking and 20 minutes of Erg time on the Concept 2.

Hit the showers and headed for work. Food is good and I'm sloshing away...

Sorry I haven't been posting much, I've been busting ass trying to get my damn quilt finished. I'm about half way done attaching the dragons to eachother, then I should be able to calm down a bit with it.
But, since I've been so busy sewing, I haven't been snacking constantly, so my food has been right on target, and sometimes just below. Though I think a lot of that has to do with the fact that I'm drinking so much for this week's bonus points. good god, I don't think I could keep this up for long. I just don't like that sloshing feeling. yuck.

Hope everyone else is doing fantabulous, I promise I'll pop in on ya'lls journals as soon as I can.

lol... Well, it was "ok". You can definately tell it's fat free. :D But, I didn't make it the right way. Things did NOT go smoothly.
Here's the recipe:

1 1/4 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
1/4 c. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
4 egg whites or 2 eggs
1 c. water
1/2 c. light or dark Karo syrup

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9" baking pan with cooking spray. In large bowl combine flour, sugar, cocoa, cornstarch, baking soda and salt. Add egg whites or eggs, water and Karo syrup. Mix until smooth. Pour into pan, bake 30 minutes. Cool 10 minutes (or more).

I used this frosting:

Fat-free cream cheese frosting
1 cup nonfat cream cheese -- softened
1 cup ricotta cheese, part skim milk
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Blend all together. Although I recommend maybe finding a different one, I didn't really like the texture. I'm anal about texture. :p lol
 
recipe sounds good. What about angel food cake with whip cream frosting or whip cream mixed with FF cream cheese and even some sugar free jello if you want to make a flavored one. I like to cook but havent tried the above myself, may be a dud.

Not great today super slump, someone kick my arse please. Anyway tomorrow told hubby I want to head to the gym straight away for at least two hours AND I have new gym socks, runnning shoes, and a kick ass MP3 player with a so so but getting better play list

mom2, there is a thread in the off topic section here of various work out music. Whats on your ipod is the title I think.

What I listen to, very few would ever consider working out to :D. I listen to a lot of odd stuff, so I won't bother. Most of it never went on a radio anywhere...

I need a better list too. I'm getting super tired of fatboy slim and the three prodigy songs I own; though more of that kind of stuff is what I need to be looking for I think.

I'm jealous of the new running shoes. I'm waiting for Feb 1 (next paycheck lol) for mine.

I just got back from doing an intense 2 hour weight session... yup 2 fricking hours... upper, lower core all rolled into one... and 30 minutes on the elliptical as well.

I think I had to pour myself into the car to go home...
