Sweet cheeks, my sweet cheeks have been sore as HELL since I started running faster/longer. Any other runners know what I mean?

Like.. my legs feel fine its just my gluteus maximus:)D) is in pain. PAIN IN THE ASS I SAY! Hardy har harr...

Just thought it related to the team and everyone should be aware of that.
 
Congratulations on your Week 2 win! Your 2 no-shows will be eliminated so as not to bring down the team.

The team with the most remaining players at the end of the challenge (as adjusted for no-shows eliminated in the first 2 weeks) will get an additional 100 points added to their total scores (made up all of all non-eliminated players points) before it is divided by the number of remaining players. So some added incentive to get our teammates to play along!

There will be a winning team, and the highest scorer from the winning team will be Grand Winner. The team member of the losing team with the highest score will be the Most Valuable Player.

That being said I fear to admit that as reported in my journal earlier today I have overindulged on my birthday treats and will not be <1800 cals today....or probably 3000 for that matter. I should have built a cheat day into my week but I didnt realize it was possible. I promise promise promise to be good rest of the week, hoping to at least loose a tad this week and the workouts are off to a good start. Oh and I am taking all my delicous treats the MIL sent to work tomorrow I cant be in same room with peanut butter balls :drool5: and be trusted.

It is great to see everyone doing so well...no weight loss for me this week, but have been working hard so I guess it will come!

Stepped up my exercise a little this week have started adding more skipping and some stair running into my circuit...hopefully this will mean some weight loss!

YAY TEAM! Nice one, guys. Let's keep it up this week, things seem to be getting more intense. AND: no one can be eliminated if you have the full points for the week, so it's a good thing to get them all so we all can stay! Good luck to everyone!

Worked out to the point of absolute exhaustion today....boy did if feel good! Hee hee, hope everyone is doing great with their eating and working out so far this week.....
 
ok I am in a super slump today, still at 1510 calories today so that is good, especially considering spinning. I need to go down some water I am a bit short for the day. I am grumpy and pisstivity. Perhaps I am just bummed about fubbing yesterday.

hope everyone else is doing better
 
I was having trouble with the spreadsheet logging my exercise.. Figured it out though, It's all good now.

So yesterday I got 2:10 in exercise, today I got in an hour. fifty more minutes and I'll be loggin my 100 point bonus for the week. Again I'm on plan for eating and I'm getting my gallon of water a day... (feel like I'm sloshing)

I'm down another pound too! It isn't weigh in day yet so things can change of course, but I'm hoping for a big week this week!

So, it's 11:19 p.m. and I'm going to bed (after watching 2 amazing hours of LOST), and I just realized I have to drink 600 mL of water still! AHHH, dilemma! To pee or not to pee in the night. I love sleeping, but I love my points too. Water it is.
 
I should be doing homework, but instead Im going to exercise for 40 minutes. :D

Exercise is the lesser of two evils. :smilielol5:
