ok this is not a weight loss achievement but i hit a new PB with my shirt this morning to nail an 85 kg (187 lb) Bench press this morning :hurray::hurray:

i feel like im going to be in a lifelong battle with food. what an addiction! arghhhh
 
Ok team, I need my butt kicked,....feeling really down as have not lost any more weight and am working my little (or not so little) behind off and eating well...weigh in tomorrow, but can't see that there will be any difference, am feeling fat :piggy:and a little bit defeated! HELP
 
hey lily, hang in there, the loss will come, you have been working hard, if you don't see a loos this weigh in you should see one next weigh in :) you WILL get there :) :gnorsi:
 
Thanks Trus....I know the scale isn't the be all and end all...but man is it hard when that number does not come down....o.k I'll stop being down now and just let it inspire me to work harder!

alright! I have been MIA, I need to be kicked around a lil! I have had a bad couple days (sorry team) I am no longer getting married, we broke up (he was cheating) and I have been eating my feelings! I am on track starting now, just feeling kinda worthless, but wedding or not im losing the weight!
 
dreaming-I am very sorry to hear that, you are wise to learn this ahead of time. I am glad you have decided to do this for yourself still, you are in control!

lilly-some weeks its like that and others it melts off, jsut try and stick to it. Also it might be alot muscle gain which is better than loosing weight in the end.

Tru-wow wow wow, so essentially if you keep lifting and I keep loosing you could just benchpress me LOL--great job!

Quarters-wow, now THAT is willpower---within reach fresh ummm yeah you are better than me.

ok so yesterday the salty popcorn = +2 from yesterday but I have still lost 2.5lbs so not bad. Today is the day we put in our final weight not tomorrow morning right?
 
i think we can put it tomorrow and even on wednesday. i weigh usually on wednesday so that day is better for me.

i feel waaay better...yesterday i did 30 minutes yoga, and today is my dance class. i will put in my numbers later.
 
I just finished putting my numbers in for the week. 0.9 lb loss not a lot but better than nothing :) max points for exercise and diet :)

I weighed myself after I woke up right now... YEAH, 163.0, SON! SUCK IT BEING FAT! 3.2 LB lost from last week!! YAY, SO CLOSE to 159.

Sorry I've been kinda absent lately, been busy getting the house in order since Matt's date to come home keeps getting moved closer and closer. Which is fan-fucking-tastic of course, just means I've got less time to finish my projects and get the house all pretty. makes for one busy busy Shandy:willy_nilly::willy_nilly:
And on that note....I need to go grab the kids' bubbles, coats, and a trashbag. time to finish organizing the garage. here's hoping that made sense to those of you without kids. :biggrinjester:

Ok so I just logged 130 minutes of gym time WAHOO (day off) and then I weighed after that which included 32oz water and breakfast and I am back down to 158.5 so I will take that weight regardless, I normally take first am weight but the gym time gave me time to get rid of all that salt I think and I have been seing that weight for 4 days now======== -4lbs *does happy dance*.

I was 148.5 last week.. so I have a stunning .6 pound weightloss! At this rate Ill be at my goal in 3 years! :D
 
Hey you are all doing so well!

Dreaming, you are a very strong person...it is a horrible thing to happen, but so much better to find out now! You will kill that weightloss with your awesome attitude!

Well I am out of my 'blues' today..did 40 min cardio yesterday and am about to go and do my 30 min programme on the bike this morning and will try to fit in a swiss ball workout this evening after work.

Nup no weight loss this week so far...oh well, maybe next week, it must start coming off eventually.
 
wait oops -- is our weigh in not today? the only reason i made hte post about 163 is because i thought our weigh in was todayy haha.. i jumped on the scale before anything else thsi morning. oooops. sorry team. cancel. cancel.
