Hey team...

I'm back from Sydney, had a lovely time and am very proud of myself for fitting two 1 and a half hour walks in....and I stuck to my eating plan woohoo. I'm going for that extra hour of exercise this week have already done 4 hours and 10 minutes total so far!

What weight do you want to be at the end of this challenge?

Lame question I know but its so fun to plan out how much weight youll lose! :D

Perrrrsonally, I want to be 135. Or less. I WANT TO WEIGH -10!!!
 
I'd be happy with anything under 130. I'd love to be at my final goal by the end of this, but I doubt it'll happen. too few pounds to go and not enough time to fight with it. but I'm keeping my fingers crossed at least

If I could get down to 150, that would be AAA-MAAAZINGG!!! But reallistically, I'd be happy at 155. :) I started at almost 170, so to lose 20 pounds in 6 weeks would be a little crazy. HAHA WE'LLL SEEEEE
 
This is tough to say, because we've all been doing so well, I don't want to screw it up by not getting to a goal weight.... BUT

At the start of the challenge I was 174.6. I am currently 170. I've never been this low before (after grade 5), so it's scary, but let's say 167. Woooooo! But if it's 165, I'll have a big party and y'all can come.

Also on the upcoming party list: 169. This will be a historic event, and I'm excited!! Maybe it will happen on inauguration day! (not really comparable events, but whatever)
 
I'd be happy with 135. The last time I was that weight was last June.

Unfortunately team this will be another week without me getting my 50 points for eating well all week. I had a very bad Saturday - Wednesday. I worked out on Monday and thats it. I am pushing this week to get all of the points I can possibly get for the rest of the week including the 5 additional points. I did 90 minutes of exercise yesterday and ate very well.

There are two mcdonalds double cheeseburgers taunting me in the fridge as well as two slices of pizza hut stuffed crust pizza. Ughhhh... the temptation is not nearly as bad when the stuff is still at the restaurant and not it your own fridge!!!

That tuesday and wednesday were the LAST days that I let myself and my team down.

My goal is to be losing at least 1.53 lbs a week! :D So that would put me at 196 errr something. So let's say the goal will be 194! hahaha

COME ON TEAM CHEEKS!
 
Olux sounds like we are around the same point in weight and what we are trying ot loose, though I dont think I will be getting to 135 let alone 130.

My goal:I started at 164 and wanted to loose 10 pounds though I am really secretly hoping to exceed my goal since I have just lost some TOM weight and some 'freshly back on wagon post holiday' weight leaving me at 159.0 this morning

I would be ubber ubber ubber thrilled if I could get to 150 but that is sort of a 'pipe' dream.
 
I have a question, how come all my week one information is gone? I go to add stuff today and it's all gone! Except there's 3 days where my points for eating are still there. But the other days of eating are at 0, and my exercise I did everday is gone.
 
Hmm, well I started this challenge at 175 sooo maybe 160? 155? 155 would be fantasticcc :D I think it can be done with lots of hard work!
 
nice job everyone! i sucked a bit today---never ended up at the gym :( and i indulged in a chocolate candy bar.

normally i dont do that but i just realllllllly wanted it. good news is i still managed to stay well under my calories, but im still unhappy about that candy bar. i just dont know how to have a piece or do things in moderation!!!!

hope you all had a better day exercise/food wise than i did!
 
hey there people :) sorry for not posting...i was really sick and i just couldn't look at the computer. i've been great with food bearing in mind i couldn't eat anything beside soups hehe. so i can feel some wight dropping...if not weight then definitely inches :D yaaaaay. exercise was not good either. managed to practice some yoga but not really anything substantial.
since today i'm feeling better i will catch my yogalates class. i can stay for another hour for a dance workout which is kicking difficult but i'm not sure i'll be able to follow. still a bit exhausted. but until tuesday i'll have all my hours and some extra to report :D

people its so tough to resist temptations. especially if its calling your name :reddevil: (sneaky little devil). lets not give in.
WE CAN DO THIS! not for the team and not for the win but for ourselves. :D
 
Well I started at 165 and right now I'm 157. I don't know how either, I expect it to slow down now actually. So, 149? That would be nice.
