Okay, so last night I had a GREAT workout, 30 min weights, 45 on the elliptical, and a 45 min pilates class. Felt awesome after too, while watching the Biggest Loser! Ah Daniel, he really needs to stay at the ranch, he's just so big, and only 19 years old!!

Also: a couple of months ago my Mom said she'd take me to the Caribbean if I was ever the same weight as her. She's 5'5" and 160 lbs, and I'm 5'11" and 170 lbs. This is totally doable, right?? I just encourage her to eat more ice cream, I'll workout more, and we'll meet in the middle. Woooooo!!! Hope everyone's having a great day so far!
 
That's great incentive, Lizzie! Only 11 more lbs to go!!!!! Keep up that amazing exercise and diet and you'll be there in no time!

I love this challenge! I find myself squeezing in any amount of exercise in the day that I can to add to my hours! I'm also eating way better b/c I know if I mess up one day I'll lose those extra 50 points! Thanks for the motivation team!!!!!!!

HEY TEAM!

I was sooo wiped out from my bike ride yesterday I slept past my alarm, missed an important study session before school, and woke up at 8:30! School starts at 8.. So then I just skipped school. :D

Thats my story for the day. Sorry its lame, I havent done much of anything besides sleep and study today...

Oh Ill tell you about the dream I had while I slept today! Okay, so my sister(27) walks into my room while Im sleeping and tells Stella to come say hi to me(Stella is her daughter, 1 year old). So Im like "Ohhh Stella youre so cute!" and then I ask my sister if shes having another baby, and tell her Nora is a very pretty name and she should name it Nora if its a girl. This was her response, "No, Im going to name her Mella. But Im going to spell it M-e-l-e-a so its okay."

Then I woke up. I have dreams like this ALL the time, and I honestly think I have dreams like this because my subconscious cant think of anything more interesting. I cant tell you how often I dream about math homework...

SO i had TONS of down time today (I am in my last year of med school and been at home w/ my parents for over a month now, and so have no real responsibilities except when im on interviews), so I ended up hopping on the statinoery bike 2 times today and went spinning and did weights as well....ended up doing over 3 hours, which puts me over my four hours for the week.......wooooohoooooooooo......I'll def do more exercise this week as I don't get my best workout on the stationery bike, but I think the only reason I kept hopping on the bike at home was b/c of this competition!
 
thanx for the welcome people :) i'm a bit sick but am still putting in my hours (minutes for now lol) of at least doing lighter yoga exercises, focusing on the flow and breathing...hopefully today i'll be able to get to my dance class and completely sweat it off..but if i don't make it i promise i'll do 1 of yoga and 15-20 minutes of pilates and shit. be good today :D

Okay today went well for me, ate on plan, got in 70 minutes of cardio total and 90 of weight training.

This puts me a little shy of 6 hours on the week so far so my 100 points have been scored as well as my 5 bonus.

Hows everyone else doing? The only way we're gonna do this is with consistency. Even with the high quality upgrades of Nicole and Lena... Team 1 has an advantage over us. Lets beat them by being consistent day in and day out. When they start to flag... we need to step up!!
 
Hello Team!

Doing good so far this week... I wanted to get into the gym today but somehow I've pulled a muscle in my shoulder and I can barely move it, it hurts so much! So I'm taking a day off in hopes of it being healed for the rest of the week!!
