Hahha your avatars are hilarious!! I cant stop laughing!! How did everyone do over the weekend with their eating?? I stuck to plan surprisingly and actually got my work out in!!

Just reporting... I EARNED all points for the week, and was REWARDED with a 2.2 pound loss!! Everyone here is doing great, let's keep on this, and see the amazing results!!!
 
Hey Team Sweet Cheeks! I know I have been MIA all weekend. This weekend went to shit pretty much. I was drunk all day saturday, I ate like shit, and I didn't workout. Today I'm back at it. I had an unofficial weigh in of 143.8 which is a loss of 1.8 lbs. My TOM is on the way though.

On a good note. I went to the gym tomorrow and hit it hard. I got my 4 hours of exercise and my 100 points. I'm back into the groove of things today with minimal weekend damage :)
 
Well so far I've earned all my points. Just have to get through today, which shouldn't be an issue, because Im sick and don't feel like eating much...

folks, anyone who has not been 100% on plan, make sure that you score a "0" in the collumn, just so that we can see that you have been scoring right along, rather than thinking that it has been ignored...

BTW... we'll forgive you... :toetap05: Just don't let it happen again!

Seriously, from what I've been seeing so far... the team has done a terrific job this week. A couple slip ups are to be expected, its not a big deal.. this is supposed to be motivating, but FUN!!!

Lets face it, Team Sweet cheeks knows how to have fun...
 
Hey Team #2. I will be updating the spreadsheet later today to add in Week 2 results. I plan on putting week 2 in the same scoreboard tab in the spreadsheet but in front of Week #1. That way the current week is always showing when you open the file. I will also add a cumulative point total in front for each of us so we don't have to scroll to the right to figure it out.

You'll figure it out when you open the file :)

Hope you all had a successful week 1, let's keep up the momentum with week 2.

I have updated all my week 1 points....it is Tuesday here, I am off to Sydney today, but am taking my food diary to track my eating and exercise. I will fill in week 2 points when I get back on Friday.

I added Week 2's challenge to the "Bonus Challenges" tab in our spreadsheet.

I also wanted to point out that there is a chat room feature in the spreadsheet in case you want to chat (like yahoo IM) with others in the spreadsheet. To access the chat feature go to the upper right corner where is says "and X others are viewing" or "viewing now" (1st pic below circled in red); click on the arrow to the right of the text and a chat box will pop down (2nd pic below). If there are more than one colored box at the top of the chat box that means other people are in the spreadsheet and you can chat with them.

Try it out!! Hopefully someone is in the room to chat with you. LOL

FYI - Blancita is putting the "Bonus Challenges" in the rules thread but I am also cutting and pasting them into the spreadsheet for quick reference. When in doubt, refer to the rules thread posted by Blancita.

Go get em...what's another hour of exercise?
