Karl, you're always so intense!

I'm leaving for the weekend everyone. I'm taking my laptop with me so if there's wireless wherever I am, I'll log on and keep you guys updated on my workout/food intake.

I'm hitting up the gym in a few minutes - planning on 30M Elliptical, 20M HIIT on Treadmill, and then 30M weights.

Lots of partying this weekend so I'm going to try my BEST to not eat badly. Sorry in advance if I let you down. Haha. :)

OH ALSO! I stepped on the scale and I've hit my goal for this weekend! Sort of. I wanted to be 160! I'm at 160.6. YEAH YEAH YEAHHHH!
 
Im going to a birthday party today... SO Ill be down 60 points. :gnorsi:

But Ill do all the exercise required even if it kills me(Ive been slacking this week). :svengo:

And all of you guys are doing great! :D
AHHH Hopefully I dont get kicked off the team for the elimination thingy.
 
well i did 2 hours myself :D
1 hour yogalates
1 hour dance workout

I AM EXHAUSTED :svengo:!!!!!! lol tomorrow is a rest day.

ok guys so we have a rockin captain, thanks for words Karl, I appreciate you stopping by. I have to remind myself that if I feel like self defeating behavior I need to wait until its just ME I'm affecting.

So back out of my slump today and trying like dickens to make up for it. Worked out for 140 minutes today solely CARDIO! WHew. Calories 1100 so far with very low sugar and fat TONS veggies and lean meat.

Not that I'm very proud of this... well, ok I am a teeny bit... but we went to this old dining car called "Mickey's". It's set back in the 1930's and is all original. Anyways, the food is not the healthiest. BUT, I managed to have a "treat" of some hashbrowns and chicken sandwich that was AMAZING and stayed in my calorie range. :D

I'm so proud.

2.1 more kg down this morning! Hahaha... hoping its not all water after having a few drinks last night.

Good job everyone with all the exercise! I'm going in this afternoon after a couple rest days...

My friend who took me bar hopping last night kept buying us rounds of drinks. I can't turn down a hot guy buying me free drinks. SORRY TEAM!

I've been posting on the spreadsheet more than on here since it takes less time. Sorry I haven't stopped by anyone's journal. we just found out that Matt'll be home a full week before this challenge is over, so I'm in a mad dash to get everything situated here before he gets back. I've been doing great with my eating, pretty good with my exercise(though most of it has been speed-demon cleaning and such). I don't know if I'll be able to do the full week for the final week of the challenge, but I'll get on and do what Ican when I can, promise!

and now I'm off to go fix the spare bedroom. it went to shit around christmas and I haven't fixed it yet.....:ack2:
 
Hope everyone is doing well.

Points posted fully, I need 20 more minutes weights which I will get despite not being able to go to gym this morning (hubby got called in). I have a resistance band and soup cans here after all LOL (ok so this wouldnt count for Tru but trust me I'm weak LOL).

Weight looked good this mroning, may eek out a weight loss after all. Here is to ending week on a good note!
 
Resistance Bands are a great workout tool :)

I need to get some for a couple of my workouts :)

My legs feel like they have all the energy sapped out of them even though I havent exercised them for like... 3 days.

Im going to attempt to run week 4, so pray for me! If week 4 completely kicks my ass its back to week 3...
