Tuesdays Exercise,

20 mins Restoritive Yoga
30 mins Yoga Kick Boxiing Fusion

At work which is Wednesday as I work nights: I will do my stepper and maybe Richard Simmons Sweating to the oldies

Eating for Tuesday was good and healthy.

LOL we appreciate it no matter how terrible it is :) you should try talking to chillen... he's always comming up with stuff like that in like 99% of his posts. He likes to be motivational like that
